护理学生厌恶敏感性与关怀行为关系的调查

Investigation on relationship between aversion sensitivity and caring behavior of nursing students

摘要: 目的 了解护理专业学生厌恶敏感性与关怀行为现状,探讨护理学生厌恶敏感性与关怀行为之间的关系。方法 通过方便抽样于2022年1—3月,使用自行设计的一般资料量表、厌恶敏感度量表修订表(disgust sensitivity scale-revised form,DS-R)和关怀行为量表关怀行为量表(caring behavior inventory,CBI)对泉州市某高职院校2 659名护理学生进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 2 659名护理学生中,61.6%的学生护理时出现过厌恶感,总厌恶度得分为(61.89±20.18)分,其中核心厌恶得分为(30.93±9.78)分,动物相关厌恶得分为(18.32±8.05)分,污染厌恶得分为(12.58±4.99)分。不同年级、性别、护理实践中存在厌恶感问题等的学生DS-R得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。CBI总得分为(121.89±14.18)分,不同年级、性别、是否自愿选择职业、因厌恶而避免护理等的学生的CBI得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。DS-R和CBI得分之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.301,P<0.05)。结论  护理专业学生的厌恶敏感性普遍较高,与年级、性别、护理实践中厌恶感问题相关,护理关怀行为也受到年级、性别、护理实践中厌恶感问题影响,护理学生的厌恶感得分与其关怀行为之间存在负相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of aversion sensitivity and caring behavior of nursing students,explore the relationship between aversion sensitivity and caring behavior of nursing students. Methods Using the convenient sampling,2 659 nursing students in a higher vocational college in Quanzhou City were investigated by the self-designed general information scale,the disgust sensitivity scale revised form(DS-R) and the caring behavior inventory(CBI) from January to March 2022,and the data were analyzed. Results Among 2 659 nursing students,62.6% had aversion during nursing,and the total aversion score was (61.89±20.18)points,of which the core aversion score was (30.93±9.78)points,the animal related aversion score was (18.32±8.05) points,and the pollution aversion score was(12.58±4.99)points. There were statistically significant differences in DS-R scores among students with aversion problems in different grade,gender,and nursing practice(P<0.05).The total score of CBI was (121.89±14.18)points,and the differences in CBI scores were statistically significant among students with aversion problems in different grade,gender,and nursing practice(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between DS-R and CBI scores(r=-0.301,P<0.05). Conclusion The aversion sensitivity of nursing students is generally high,which is related to grade,gender and aversion in nursing practice,the nursing care behavior is also influenced by grade,gender,and aversion in nursing practice,and there is a negative correlation between the aversion score andcare behavior of nursing students.
