护士体面劳动感知现状及影响因素的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在梳理体面劳动概念及评估工具基础上,本文综述了国内外护士体面劳动感知现状及影响因素,并针对护士体面劳动感知的影响因素提出应对策略,以期护理管理者及时认识到关注护士体面劳动感知水平的重要性并采取相关措施提高护士的体面劳动感知水平,同时为今后护理研究者开展相关干预性研究提供参考。

Abstract: ：On the basis of sorting out the concept of decent work and evaluation tools,the paper reviews the current situation and influencing factors of decent work perception of nurses at home and abroad,proposes the influencing factors of nurses' decent work perception,so as to ensure that nursing managers canpromptly recognize the importance of paying attention to the decent work perception level of nurses and take relevant measures to improve the decent work perception level of nurses,at the same time,provide a reference for nursing researchers to carry out relevant interventional studies in future.
