护士职业尊重感的研究进展

Research progress on sense of professional respect of nurses

摘要: “健康中国2030”战略,对护士人力资源配置提出了更高的要求,然而,护士由于工作压力大、护患关系较紧张等原因,易产生较高的职业倦怠和离职意愿。职业尊重感可以激发护士产生强烈的专业发展动机,对维持护理人力资源的稳定具有重要作用。本文对职业尊重感的概述、前因变量、结局变量进行综述,以期为提升护士职业尊重感提供参考。

Abstract: The continuous advancement of the ‘Healthy China 2030’ strategy has put forward important requirements for the allocation of nurses’ human resources.However,due to the high work pressure and the tense relationship between nurses and patients,nurses are prone to higher job burnout and turnover intention.The sense of professional respect can stimulate nurses to have strong professional development motivation,which plays an important role in maintaining the stability of nursing human resources.This paper reviews the overview,antecedent variables and outcome variables of professional respect,in order to provide reference for improving nurses' professional respect.
