苏州市三级医院产科护士心理韧性在个人职业疲劳与工作投入的中介效应分析

Analysis on mediating effect of psychological resilience on personal occupational fatigue and work engagement among obstetric nurses in tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City

摘要: 目的 了解心理韧性在产科护士职业疲劳与工作投入间的中介效应,为缓解产科护士职业疲劳提供参考。方法 采用简单抓阄方法于2022年6—9月向苏州市4所三级医院的203名产科护士发放调查问卷,问卷包含一般资料表、职业疲劳量表、心理韧性量表、工作投入量表,并对数据进行分析。结果 苏州市203名产科护士的心理韧性得分为(86.01±10.45)分,职业疲劳得分为(17.32±2.93)分,工作投入得分为(68.08±6.05)分。产科护士心理韧性与职业疲劳呈负相关(r=-0.472,P<0.05),心理韧性与工作投入呈正相关(r=0.619,P<0.05),职业疲劳与工作投入呈负相关(r=-0.424,P<0.05)。产科护士职业疲劳对心理韧性、工作投入的直接作用值分别为-0.260和-0.400,心理韧性对工作投入的直接作用值为0.180。心理韧性在产科护士职业疲劳与工作投入间有部分中介作用,占总效应的21.69%。结论 苏州市4所三级医院203名产科护士的心理韧性在职业疲劳和工作投入间起部分中介作用,提高产科护士的心理韧性有利于减轻其职业疲劳并促进工作投入力度。

Abstract: Objective To understand the mediating effect of psychological resilience between occupational fatigue and work engagement of obstetric nurses,and provide reference for alleviating occupational fatigue of obstetric nurses. Methods A simple lot drawing method was used to distribute questionnaires to 203 obstetric nurses in four tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City from June to September 2022. The questionnaire includes general information sheet,occupational fatigue scale,psychological resilience scale and work engagement scale. And the data were analyzed. Results The psychological resilience score of 203 obstetric nurses in Suzhou was (86.01±10.45)points,occupational fatigue score was (17.32±2.93)points,and work engagement score was (68.08±6.05)points. The psychological resilience of obstetric nurses was negatively correlated with occupational fatigue(r=-0.472,P<0.05),and positively correlated with work engagement(r=0.619,P<0.05). Occupational fatigue was negatively correlated with work engagement(r=-0.424, P<0.05). The direct effect values of occupational fatigue on psychological resilience and work engagement of obstetric nurses were -0.260 and -0.400,respectively,and the direct effect value of psychological resilience on work engagement was 0.180. Psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between occupational fatigue and work engagement among obstetric nurses,accounting for 21.69% of the total effect. Conclusion The psychological resilience of 203 obstetric nurses from four tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City plays a partial mediating role between occupational fatigue and work engagement. Improving the psychological resilience of obstetric nurses is beneficial for reducing their occupational fatigue and promoting work engagement.
