摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的调查深圳市三级甲等医院重症监护室（intensive care unit,ICU）护士死亡应对能力现状,探讨其主要影响因素,为提高ICU护士死亡应对能力提供依据。方法 2023年4—5月,便利抽样法选取深圳市8家三级甲等综合医院405名ICU护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、死亡应对能力量表进行调查,采用单因素分析方法和多元逐步线性回归分析ICU护士死亡应对能力的影响因素。结果护士死亡应对能力总分为（121.98±28.79）分,其中死亡应对能力不足的护士高达28.4%。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、工作年限、独生子女、上夜班频次、照顾临终患者频次、参加丧葬次数及参加死亡教育次数的ICU护士死亡应对能力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。多元线性回归分析显示,独生子女、参加丧葬经历和死亡教育培训是ICU护士死亡应对能力的主要影响因素（均P<0.05）,可解释总变异的12%。结论深圳市三级甲等医院ICU护士的死亡应对能力处于中等偏下水平,并受独生子女、丧葬经历及死亡教育培训的影响。护理管理人员应制定并落实死亡教育干预方案,为ICU护士提供个性化、针对性的培训,帮助护士树立科学的死亡观念,提升ICU护士应对死亡的能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status quo of death coping ability among nurses in intensive care units（ICU） of Grade A hospitals in Shenzhen City,and explore the main influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the death coping ability of ICU nurses. Methods From April to May 2023,405 ICU nurses from 8 Grade A general hospitals in Shenzhen City were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. General data questionnaire and death coping ability scale were used to conduct the investigation. Single factor analysis method and multiple progressive linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of ICU nurses' death coping ability. Results The total score of nurses' ability to cope with death was （121.98±28.79）points,and 28.4% of nurses had insufficient ability to cope with death. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of ICU nurses' death coping ability among different ages,working years,only children,night shift frequency（times/month）,caring for terminally ill patients（times/year）,attending funerals and attending death education（all P<0.05）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the only child,funeral experience and death education training were the main influencing factors of ICU nurses' death coping ability（all P<0.05）,which could explain 12% of the total variation. Conclusions The ability of ICU nurses to cope with death was at the lower level,and was affected by only child,funeral experience and death education and training. Nursing managers should formulate and implement death education intervention programs,provide personalized and targeted training for ICU nurses,help nurses establish a scientific concept of death,and improve the ability of ICU nurses to cope with death.
