情绪智力和反馈寻求行为在急诊科医务人员心理困扰与职业倦怠间的中介作用

Mediating effect of emotional intelligence and feedback seeking behavior between psychological distress and job burnout of medical staff in emergency department

摘要: 目的 了解情绪智力和反馈寻求行为在急诊科医务人员心理困扰与职业倦怠间的作用机制,为急诊科医务人员职业倦怠干预提供参考依据。方法 2023年6—7月,采用横断面研究设计选取绵阳市4所三级甲等医院257名急诊科医务人员为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、情绪智力量表、反馈寻求行为量表、心理困扰量表和职业倦怠量表进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 257名急诊科医务人员情绪智力、反馈寻求行为、心理困扰和职业倦怠得分分别为(63.02±12.03)、(52.06±10.10)、(29.67±9.47)和(53.61±18.74)分。职业倦怠与心理困扰呈正相关(P<0.05),与情绪智力和反馈寻求行为均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。情绪智力和反馈寻求行为在医务人员心理困扰与职业倦怠间起链式中介作用,中介效应为0.277,占总效应得46.63%。结论 绵阳市三级甲等医院急诊科医务人员职业倦怠水平较高,其中心理困扰可以通过情绪智力和反馈寻求行为直接或间接影响医务人员职业倦怠感。管理者应重点关注医务人员心理应对和调适能力,降低心理困扰,有利于改善其职业倦怠。

Abstract: Objective To explore the mechanism of emotional intelligence and feedback seeking behavior between psychological distress and job burnout of medical staff in emergency department,provide the reference for the intervention of job burnout of medical staff in emergency department. Methods From June to July 2023,a cross-sectional study design was used to select 257 emergency medical workers from four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City as the survey subjects. The general information questionnaire,emotional intelligence scale,feedback seeking behavior scale,psychological distress scale and job burnout scale were used for questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of emotional intelligence,feedback seeking behavior,psychological distress and job burnout of 257 emergency medical workers were (63.02±12.03),(52.06±10.10),(29.67±9.47) and (53.61±18.74)points,respectively. The job burnout was positively correlated with psychological distress(P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with emotional intelligence and feedback seeking behavior(both P<0.05). The emotional intelligence and feedback seeking behavior played a chain mediating role between psychological distress and job burnout of medical staff,and the mediating effect was 0.277,accounting for 46.63% of the total effect. Conclusions The level of job burnout of medical staff in emergency department of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City is high,and psychological distress can directly or indirectly affect the job burnout of medical staff through emotional intelligence and feedback seeking behavior. The managers should focus on the psychological coping and adjustment ability of medical staff,and reduce psychological distress,which is beneficial for improving their job burnout.
