摘要: 心理健康素养是指能够帮助公众识别、治疗心理疾病的知识和信念水平。提升医护人员心理健康素养不仅能有效提升医护自身心理健康水平并且对患者来说也同样有重大意义。本文从心理健康素养的概念、医护人员心理健康素养现状以及干预措施进行了综述,以期望为提高医护人员心理健康水平提供帮助。

Abstract: Mental health literacy refers to the level of knowledge and belief that can identify and treat mental illness. Improving the mental health literacy of medical staff can not only effectively improve the mental health level of medical staff,but also has great significance for patients. This paper reviews the concept of mental health literacy,the current situation of mental health literacy of medical staff and the intervention measures,in order to provide help for improving the mental health level of medical staff.
