本科护生自我同情现状及影响因素分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解本科护生自我同情现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2023年8—9月,采用便利抽样法选取天津市某所高校内265名本科护生,采用一般资料调查表、自我同情量表、情绪智力量表与领悟社会支持量表对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 265名本科护生自我同情得分为（87.14±13.67）分;情绪智力与领悟社会支持为本科护生自我同情的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论天津市某所高校265名本科护生自我同情水平处于中等水平,受情绪智力与领悟社会支持的影响,护理教育者应结合影响因素采取适当干预措施,提升本科护生自我同情水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of self-compassion among undergraduate nursing students and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From August to September 2023,265 undergraduate nursing students from a university in Tianjin were selected using the convenience sampling method. They were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,self-compassion scale,emotional intelligence scale and perceived social support scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The self-compassion score of 265 undergraduate nursing students was （87.14±13.67）points. The emotional intelligence and perceived social support were the influencing factors for self-compassion of undergraduate nursing students（P<0.05）. Conclusion Totally 265 undergraduate nursing students from a university in Tianjin have a moderate level of self-compassion,which is influenced by emotional intelligence and perceived social support,and the nursing educators should take appropriate intervention measures based on influencing factors to enhance the self-compassion level of undergraduate nursing students.
