广州市三级甲等医院新入职护士角色压力现况及影响因素分析

Analysis on current situation and influencing factors of role stress among newly recruited nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou

摘要: 目的 了解广州市三级甲等医院新入职护士角色压力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2020年12月—2022年3月,采用便利抽样法对广州市三级甲等医院的106名新入职护士进行问卷调查,通过角色压力量表评估护士的角色压力水平。结果 新入职护士的角色压力得分为(46.84±11.08)分,其中角色冲突、角色模糊维度得分分别为(30.40±8.96)和(16.43±5.54)分。对科室满意度及对科室领导的满意度纳入多元线性回归分析。对科室领导的满意度是新入职护士角色压力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 广州市三级甲等医院新入职护士存在中度角色冲突、轻度角色模糊。护理管理者对新入职护士的角色压力水平有重要影响,管理者应关注新入职护士的工作负担及心理状态,尽可能为其营造良好的工作氛围。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of role stress among newly recruited nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou,and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 106 newly recruited nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou from December 2020 to March 2022. The role stress level of nurses was evaluated using a role stress scale. Results The role stress score of newly recruited nurses was(46.84±11.08)points,and the two dimensions of role conflict and role ambiguity score were (30.40±8.96) and (16.43±5.54)points,respectively.The satisfaction with the department and the satisfaction with the department leaders were included in the multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that satisfaction with department leaders was a factor affecting the role stress of newly recruited nurses(P<0.05). Conclusion New recruited nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou have moderate role conflict and mild role ambiguity.Nursing managers have an important impact on the role stress level of newly recruited nurses.Managers should pay attention to the workload and psychological state of newly recruited nurses,and create a good working atmosphere for them as much as possible.
