雅安市某盐化工企业职业病危害现状评价

Current situation assessment of occupational hazards in a salt chemical engineering of Ya'an City

摘要: 目的 评估雅安市某盐化工企业职业病危害现状,提出职业病防治改进措施。方法 2021年9—11月采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测等对雅安市某盐化工企业进行综合评价。结果 噪声与粉尘是该企业主要职业病危害因素,噪声强度范围为74.1~84.2 dB(A)、粉尘浓度范围为0.5~2.1 mg/m3,氯气、氯化氢、氢氧化钠和碳酸钠各检测1个岗位,均未检出,岗位合格率为100%;职业健康检查检出5人听力异常和4人胸片异常,未发现职业禁忌证和疑似职业病。结论 该企业的职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,需按规范进一步完善职业健康监护。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the current situation of occupational hazards in a salt chemical enterprise in Ya'an City,put forward improvement measures for occupational disease prevention and control. Methods From September to November 2021,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted using the occupation health investigation and on-site monitoring of occupational disease hazards in the workplace. Results The noise and dust were the main occupational hazards of the enterprise. The noise intensity range was 74.1-84.2 dB(A),and the dust concentration range was 0.5-2.1 mg/m3. The chlorine,hydrogen chloride,sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were detected in one post respectively,and none of them were detected,with a pass rate of 100%. In the occupational health examination,the abnormal hearing was found in five workers and abnormal chest radiograph was found in four workers,and no occupational contraindication or suspected occupational disease was found. Conclusion The protective measures against the occupational hazards are effective and feasible,and the occupational health monitoring needs to be further improved to meet the requirements of the relevant laws and standards.
