光照疗法在轮班护士中的应用研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 临床上针对轮班护士睡眠紊乱及相关问题尚无确切有效的干预措施。光照疗法作为一种安全、有效、方便的物理干预方法,在轮班护士中的应用受到了广泛关注。目前,国外对光照治疗的研究较为多见,但国内将光照疗法应用于轮班护士的相关研究较少。本文旨在对光照疗法的相关内容以及在轮班护士中的应用现状及效果等进行综述,以期为促进轮班护士高效、安全工作提供参考。

Abstract: There is no definite and effective intervention measures for sleep disturbance and related problems of shift nurses clinically. As a safe,effective,and convenient physical intervention method,the application of light therapy in shift nurseshas received extensive attention. At present,there are many foreign studies about light therapy,but there are few domestic studies on the application of light therapy to shift nurses. The paper aims to summarize the relevant content of light therapy and its application status and effects in shift nurses,in order to provide reference for promoting efficient and safe work of shift nurses.
