Abstract: With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, exploring new strategies for chronic disease health management has become a general trend. Previous research perspective of intelligent healthcare in chronic disease health management was mostly static assessment and intervention, lacking research on dynamic adaptability. Moreover,China's current research on dynamic intervention programmes is still in the construction stage. In view of this, this paper will start from the definition and characteristics of just-in-time adaptive interventions, comprehensively summarize the research progress of just-in-time adaptive interventions in chronic disease health management, and then analyze the development dilemma and countermeasures of just-in-time adaptive interventions,so as to provide reference for its clinical application in chronic disease patients in China.
