医学生传染病健康素养与健康行为能力现状及相关分析

Current situation and correlation analysis of health literacy of infectious diseases and health behavior ability of medical students

摘要: 目的 调查医学生传染病健康素养与健康行为能力的现状及影响因素,分析两者相关性,为开展传染病健康干预、提高健康行为能力提供参考依据。方法 2022年3月采用便利抽样法,选取天津市2所医学院校324名学生作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、中国居民传染病健康素养测评量表、健康行为能力自评量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 医学生传染病防治健康素养总分为(29.10±5.09)分,具备健康素养人数为 118人,具备率为37.58%;健康行为能力总分为(76.26±19.81)分;不同健康行为能力水平的医学生其传染病健康素养水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);传染病健康素养得分与健康行为能力在不同维度水平呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多重回归分析结果显示,年级、近3个月自评健康状况、健康行为能力运动维度得分是医学生传染病健康素养的影响因素。结论 医学生传染病健康素养处于中等偏高水平,健康行为能力处于中等水平,在当前常态化防范传染病局势下,应重视健康行为能力对传染病健康素养的正向影响。教育教学与临床实习中应加强对医学生健康行为能力的培养,引导学生增强对传染病的学习与防范,提高传染病健康素养与健康行为能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of infectious disease health literacy and health behavior ability of medical students,and analyze the correlation between them,so as to provide reference for carrying out infectious disease health intervention and improving health behavior ability. Methods In March 2022,324 students from two medical colleges in Tianjin were selected as the research objects by using the convenient sampling method,and the investigation was performed by the general information questionnaire,the Chinese residents' infectious disease health literacy evaluation scale,and the health behavior ability self-assessment scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of medical students' health literacy in infectious disease prevention and control was (29.10±5.09)points,and the number of people with health literacy was 118,with a rate of 37.58%.The total score of healthy behavior ability was(76.26±19.81)points.There was statistically significant difference in the level of infectious disease health literacy among medical students with different levels of health behavior ability(P<0.05).The health literacy score of infectious diseases was positively correlated with health behavior ability at different dimensional levels(all P<0.05).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that grade,self-rated health status in recent three months,and the score of exercise dimension of health behavior ability were the influencing factors of infectious disease health literacy of medical students. Conclusions The medical students' infectious disease health literacy is at a medium high level,and their health behavior ability is at a medium level. In the current situation of normalized prevention of infectious diseases,the positive impact of health behavior ability on infectious disease health literacy should be paid attention to.In education,teaching and clinical practice,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of medical students' health behavior ability,guide students to strengthen the study and prevention of infectious diseases,and improve their infectious disease health literacy and health behavior ability.
