西安市市售茶叶11种常见农药残留现状及膳食风险评估

Current status and dietary risk assessment of 11 common pesticide residues in commercial tea in Xi'an City

摘要:

目的 为了解西安市市售茶叶质量安全情况,为市民安全饮茶提供参考,对市售57份茶叶中的11种常见农药残留进行检测分析,并按照膳食暴露评估体系对茶叶中检出农药进行风险评估。方法 2024年2—6月共采集57份茶叶样品,对样品采用气相色谱-质谱法进行农药残留的测定,并进行膳食风险评估。结果 在检测的11种农药中,有5种农药被发现存在于样本中,包括溴虫腈、联苯菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯,普洱茶、茉莉花茶和黑茶的农药残留检出率分别为40.00%、40.00%和100.00%,绿茶和红茶的检出率分别为80.00%和77.78%,青茶的检出率最低,为12.50%。在57份样品中,有20份未检出任何农药,其余样品中农药混用情况较为普遍。尽管检出农药残留,但农药残留的慢性摄入风险范围为0.000 2~0.291 2,均在可接受范围内,不会对人体健康产生显著影响。结论 西安市市售茶叶中所检农药残留情况整体处于安全水平内,但农药混用情况较为普遍,需要加强监管。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the quality and safety of tea sold in Xi'an City and provide a reference for safe tea drinking among citizens,57 samples of tea were collected from the market,and 11 kinds of common pesticide residues were detected and analyzed,and the risk of pesticide detection in tea was evaluated according to the dietary exposure assessment system. Methods A total of 57 tea samples were collected from February to June 2024. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the pesticide residues in the samples,and dietary risk assessment was conducted. Results Among the 11 pesticides tested,5 pesticides found in the samples,including chlorantraniliprole,beta-cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos-methyl,methomyl,and flufpyr-methyl,with the detection rates of 40.00%,40.00% and 100.00% for Pu'er tea,jasmine tea,and black tea,respectively,and the detection rates were 80.00% and 77.78% for green and black tea,respectively. The lowest detection rate was 12.50% for green tea. Among the 57 samples,20 samples were not detected any pesticides,and the rest of the samples showed a widespread use of mixed pesticides. Although pesticide residues were detected,the chronic intake risk ranged from 0.000 2 to 0.291 2,all within the acceptable range,indicating no significant impact on human health. Conclusion The detected pesticide residues in the tea sold in Xi'an City were generally at a safe level,but mixed pesticides is common and requires strengthened supervision.
