手术室医务人员职业暴露相关危险因素及防控措施研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 职业暴露是指劳动者在从事职业活动中,通过眼、口、鼻及其他黏膜、破损皮肤或非胃肠道接触含血源性病原体的血液或其他潜在传染性物质的状态。手术室医务人员由于其职业特点,发生职业暴露的风险相对较高。本文就手术室医务人员常见的职业暴露风险和防控措施相关进展进行综述,以期为管理者实施职业暴露防控提供参考。

关键词: 手术室, 职业暴露, 防控

Abstract: Occupational exposure refers to the condition in which workers come into contact with blood or other potentially infectious substances that contain blood borne pathogens through the eyes,mouth,nose,other mucous membranes,damaged skin,or non-gastrointestinal tracts during occupational activities. Due to the nature of their work,the risk of occupational exposure among medical staff in operating rooms is relatively high. This paper reviews common occupational exposure risks and the prevention and control measures for medical personnel in operating rooms,aiming to provide reference for managers to implement occupational exposure prevention and control.
