2023年上海市某郊区50~69岁农村居民环境健康素养水平调查

Survey on the environmental and health literacy of residents aged 50-69 in a rural suburb of Shanghai in 2023

摘要: 目的 了解上海市某郊区农村地区50~69岁居民环境健康素养水平及其影响因素,为该类人群环境健康素养水平的提升提供参考。方法 2023年采用多阶段随机抽样方法对298名50~69岁常住农村居民进行环境健康素养调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 298名调查对象环境健康素养平均得分为(51.16±18.95)分,不同教育水平、职业及家庭人均可支配收入组内的素养得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),各组内得分最高的分别为高中及以上受教育水平组[(59.01±16.33)分]、城镇劳动者[(55.08±18.04)分]和5 500~<13 000元月收入组[(57.25±17.08)分]。环境健康素养总体水平为19.13%,基本理念、基本知识及基本技能素养水平分别为19.13%、20.81%和23.83%。不同受教育水平居民的总体素养及3个分类素养水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),总体随受教育水平升高而增加。与小学及以下文化程度相比,初中及以上文化程度(OR初中=3.954,95%CI:1.062~14.718;OR高中及以上=7.759,95%CI:2.030~29.649)是素养水平提升的促进因素。结论 2023年上海市某郊区298名50~69岁农村居民环境健康素养水平为19.13%,受教育水平是其影响因素;建议持续加强该类居民环境健康素养提升工作。

Abstract: Objective To understand the environmental health literacy level and influencing factors of residents aged 50-69 in a rural suburb of Shanghai,and provide reference for improving the environmental health literacy of this group. Methods In 2023,a multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to conduct an environmental health literacy survey on 298 permanent rural residents aged 50-69,and the data were analyzed. Results The average score of environmental health literacy among 298 survey subjects was(51.16±18.95)points. There were statistically significant differences in environmental health literacy scores among individuals with different education level,occupation,and per capita disposable income in the family(all P<0.01) .The highest scores within each group were high school and above education level group[(59.01±16.33)points],urban workers[(55.08±18.04) points],and 5 500-<13 000 yuan income group[(57.25±17.08)points]. The overall level of environmental health literacy was 19.13%,with basic concept,basic knowledge and basic skill literacy level of 19.13%,20.81% and 23.83%,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the overall literacy and three categories of literacy levels among residents with different levels of education(all P<0.01),and the overall level increased with the increase of education level. Compared with primary school and below education level,middle school and above education level was a promoting factor for the improvement of literacy level(ORMiddle school=3.954,95%CI:1.062-14.718,ORHigh school and above=7.759,95%CI:2.030-29.649). Conclusion In 2023,the environmental health literacy level of 298 rural residents aged 50-69 in a suburban area of Shanghai was 19.13%,with education level being the influencing factor. It is recommended to continuously strengthen the improvement of environmental health literacy among residents in this category.
