黑龙江省康复医师认知灵活性在社会支持和工作满意度间的中介作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解认知灵活性在康复医师社会支持和工作满意度间的中介作用。方法 2024年2—5月采用方便抽样法,抽取黑龙江省多家医院232名康复医师作为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、社会支持评定量表、认知灵活性量表及工作满意度量表进行调查,并进行数据分析。结果黑龙江省康复医师社会支持得分为（38.13±8.89）分,认知灵活性得分为（70.02±17.55）分,工作满意度得分为（3.57±1.25）分,两两之间呈显著正相关（r=0.756~0.886,均P<0.01）,社会支持可以正向预测认知灵活性,认知灵活性在社会支持和工作满意度间起部分中介作用,效应占比49.8%。结论认知灵活性在康复医师社会支持和工作满意度间存在中介效应,提高认知灵活性有利于提高工作满意度。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the mediating role of cognitive flexibility between social support and job satisfaction among rehabilitation physicians. Methods From February to May 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 232 rehabilitation physicians from various hospitals in Heilongjiang Province. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire,the social support rating scale,the cognitive flexibility inventory,and a job satisfaction scale,and were subsequently analyzed. Results The social support score of rehabilitation physicians in Heilongjiang Province was （38.13±8.89）points,the cognitive flexibility score was （70.02±17.55）points,and the job satisfaction score was （3.57±1.25）points,there were significantly positive correlations between them（r=0.756-0.886,all P<0.01）. Social support positively predicted cognitive flexibility,and cognitive flexibility partially mediated the relationship between social support and job satisfaction,accounting for 49.8% of the effect. Conclusion Cognitive flexibility mediates the relationship between social support and job satisfaction among rehabilitation physicians. Enhancing cognitive flexibility is conducive to improving job satisfaction.
