摘要: 个人-工作匹配度是指个体与其所从事工作之间的契合程度,涵盖了职位所需技能与个人实际能力之间的匹配,以及工作环境提供的条件与个人期望值之间的契合。这一匹配度的高低对于护士这一职业群体而言,具有显著的负向预测效应,能够有效预测职业倦怠、离职意向等职业相关不良后果的发生风险。同时,其在推动护理职业持续健康发展以及显著提升护理工作质量方面可以发挥重要作用。本文综述了护士个人-工作匹配度的概念、现状、评估工具和影响因素,并分析了提升护士个人-工作匹配度的策略,旨在引起护理管理者对护士个人-工作匹配度的重视,为我国开展进一步的相关研究和实践提供有价值的参考和启示。

Abstract: Personal-job fit refers to the degree of fit between an individual and the job he or she performs,covering the match between the skills required for the position and the actual abilities of the individual,as well as the fit between the conditions provided by the work environment and the expectations of the individual. The level of this fit has a significant negative predictive effect on nurses as an occupational group,and can effectively reduce the risk of burnout,intention to leave,and other career-related adverse consequences. At the same time,it plays an indispensable role in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the nursing profession as well as significantly improving the quality of nursing work. This study reviews the concept,current situation,assessment tools and influencing factors of nurse personal-job fit,and explored strategies to improve nurse personal-job fit,aiming to draw the attention of nursing managers to nurse personal-job fit,and to provide valuable references and inspirations for further related research and practice in China.
