人工智能聊天机器人在心理健康促进中的应用进展

摘要: 全球心理问题检出率持续上升,但供给侧障碍和需求侧障碍影响了个体接受心理健康服务的比率。人工智能聊天机器人的使用可以提高心理健康资源的可及性、接受度和参与度。目前,相关研究逐渐增多,但以国外研究为主。本文对人工智能聊天机器人在心理早期筛查、心理治疗和症状管理方面的应用现状及评价工具进行综述,分析现存问题并提出建议,为人工智能技术驱动的心理健康实践提供参考。

Abstract: The detection rate of mental health problems continues to rise globally,but supply-side and demand-side barriers affect the rate at which individuals receive mental health services.The use of artificial intelligence chatbots can improve the accessibility,acceptance,and engagement of mental health resources. At present,the related researches are increasing gradually,but mainly foreign researches.This article summarizes the application status and evaluation tool of AI chatbots in early psychological screening,psychological treatment and symptom management,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions to provide reference for the practice of AI technology-driven mental health.
