川东北地区老年医学科医务人员角色清晰度在感知医院韧性与工作旺盛感间的中介作用

Mediating effect of role clarity on the relationship between perception of hospital resilience and work exuberance of medical staff in geriatric medicine department in northeast Sichuan Province

摘要: 目的 调查川东北地区老年医学科医务人员工作旺盛感水平,探讨川东北地区老年医学科医务人员感知医院韧性、角色清晰度与工作旺盛感间的关系,为提升医务人员工作旺盛感奠定基础。方法 采用一般资料调查表、感知医院韧性量表、角色清晰度量表及工作旺盛感量表,于2023年8—11月便利选取川东北地区的南充市、巴中市、广安市和遂宁市364名老年医学科医务人员进行问卷调查,同时验证三者间的具体作用关系。结果 川东北地区老年医学科医务人员工作旺盛感得分为(39.81±4.65)分,角色清晰度得分为(32.68±4.09)分,感知医院韧性得分为(103.65±16.75)分。感知医院韧性、角色清晰度及工作旺盛感三者间呈正相关关系,角色清晰度在感知医院韧性和工作旺盛感间的中介效应为0.036,占总效应的25.7%。结论 川东北地区老年医学科医务人员工作旺盛感处于中等水平,医院管理者可采取针对性措施提高医务人员感知医院韧性水平,从而进一步提升其角色清晰度,使其以积极的工作旺盛感投入到工作中去。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the level of work exuberance among medical staff in geriatric medicine department in northeast Sichuan Province,and to explore the relationship between perception of hospital resilience,role clarity and work exuberance,so as to lay a foundation for improving work exuberance among medical staff. Methods A total of 364 geriatric medical staff from Nanchong,Bazhong,Guang'an,and Suining cities in northeastern Sichuan were selected for a questionnaire survey from August to November 2023,using general information survey questionnaire,perceived hospital resilience scale,role clarity scale,and work exuberance scale,and to verify the specific relationship between the three. Results The work enthusiasm score of medical staff in geriatric medicine department in the northeastern Sichuan region was (39.81±4.65)points,the role clarity score was (32.68±4.09)points,and the perceived hospital resilience score was (103.65±16.75)points. There was a positive correlation between perceived hospital resilience,role clarity,and work enthusiasm. The mediating effect of role clarity between perceived hospital resilience and job satisfaction was 0.036,accounting for 25.7% of the total effect. Conclusion The sense of work enthusiasm among medical staff in geriatric medicine department in the northeastern Sichuan region is at a moderate level. Hospital managers can take targeted measures to improve the perception of hospital resilience among medical staff,thereby further enhancing their role clarity and enabling them to engage in their work with a positive sense of work enthusiasm.
