摘要:
护理管理者作为护理组织架构中的核心领导力量,承担着监督临床护理工作、科室护理管理运作、人力资源与物资财务调配以及护理教育与科研促进多重职能。这一角色的复合性常常导致护理管理者面临超负荷的工作压力,对其身心健康状态、认知效能和情绪调节能力产生显著挑战,进而影响其整体心理健康水平。因此,本文综述了护理管理者心理健康状况的现状、影响因素及干预策略,旨在为促进护理管理者的心理健康提供参考依据。
