护士口腔健康管理能力评估工具的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔健康与系统性疾病存在相关关系，患者执行预防性口腔健康行为是维护口腔健康的关键内容。护士作为健康促进和疾病预防的推动者，在帮助患者进行口腔健康管理方面发挥积极作用。评估护士口腔健康管理能力对提升临床口腔健康管理质量，改善患者口腔健康行为，促进口腔健康具有重要意义。本文对国内外护士口腔健康管理能力的普适性及特异性评估工具进行综述，并阐述评估其意义，为评估护士口腔健康管理能力合理选择相关评估工具提供参考。

Abstract: There is a correlation between oral health and systemic disease，and the implementation of preventive oral health behaviors by patients is a key component of maintaining oral health. As the promoters of health promotion and disease prevention，nurses play an active role in helping patients with oral health management. Assessing nurses' oral health management abilityis of great significance for improving the quality of clinical oral health management quality，improving patients' oral health behaviors，and promoting oral health. We review the universal and specific oral health management ability assessment tools of nurses at home and abroad，and describe the significance of the assessment，so as to provide references for reasonablyselecting relevant tools to evaluate nurses' oral health management ability.
