尿中多项生物监测指标的顶空气相色谱-质谱联用同时测定法

Simultaneous determination of multiple biological monitoring indicators in urine by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要: 目的 建立尿中丙酮、1-溴丙烷、二氯甲烷、2,5-己二酮、邻甲酚及苯酚等生物监测指标的顶空气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法 尿样加入无水硫酸钠后密封,经顶空进样,气相色谱质谱检测。结果 该方法测定尿中各组分在各浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 5~0.999 9,方法检出限在0.4~20.0 μg/L,样品加标回收率为84.7%~115.6%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~8.9%。结论 该方法简便、准确、灵敏高,适用于化学有害因素的生物监测和中毒应急样品的快速检测。

Abstract: Objective To establish a headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method for the determination of biological monitoring indicators in urine,such as acetone,1-bromopropane,dichloromethane,2,5-hexanedione,o-cresol and phenol. Methods The urine sample was sealed after adding anhydrous sodium sulfate,and was determined by GC-MS with headspace injection. Results The linearity of each component in urine determined by this method was good within each concentration range,the correlation coefficients were between 0.999 5 and 0.999 9,the detection limit was 0.4-20.0 μg/L,the sample recovery rate was 84.7%-115.6%,and the relative standard deviations were between 2.6% and 8.9%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and highly sensitive,which is suitable for biological monitoring of occupational exposure to chemical harmful factors,and rapid detection of poisoning emergency samples.
