积极情绪在社区护士品格优势与职业倦怠的中介作用

Mediating role of positive emotions between character strengths and job burnout in community nurses

摘要: 目的 评估江苏省徐州市社区护士品格优势、积极情绪与职业倦怠的现状,分析三者之间的关系。方法 于2021年6月—2022年3月,采取便利抽样方法抽取江苏省徐州市社区医院护士810名,采用品格优势问卷(three-dimensional inventory of character strengths,TICS)、积极情绪量表(positive and negative affective scales,PANAS)、护士职业倦怠量表(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)进行调查。结果 护士TICS总分为(10.66±1.60)分,PANAS总分为(29.41±7.53)分,MBI总分为(36.64±20.81)分,社区护士品格优势与积极情绪呈正相关、与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=0.552、-0.337,均P<0.01),积极情绪与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.491,P<0.01)。品格优势对职业倦怠具有负向预测作用,积极情绪是品格优势与职业倦怠的中介变量,中介效应为-0.188,占总效应的42.1%。结论 护士品格优势、积极情绪与职业倦怠关系密切,品格优势可通过积极情绪调节而间接影响社区护士的职业倦怠。提示管理者应多关注护士品格优势和积极情绪,并将为优势干预措施作为降低护士职业倦怠的管理策略提供证据。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the status quo of character strengths,positive emotions and job burnout among community nurses in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province,analyze the correlation among them. Methods From June 2021 to March 2022,,810 nurses from community hospitals in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province were selected by convenience sampling method and surveyed using the three-dimensional inventory of character strengths(TICS),the positive and negative affective scales(PANAS),and the maslach burnout inventory(MBI). Results The total scores of TICS,PANAS and MBI in nurses was (10.66±1.60),(29.41±7.53) and(36.64±20.81)points,respectively. The community nurses' character strengths were positively correlated with positive emotion and negatively correlated with job burnout(r=0.552,-0.337,both P<0.01),and positive emotion was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.491,P<0.01). The character strengths had a negative predictive effect on job burnout,and positive emotion was a mediating variable between character strengths and job burnout,with a mediating effect of -0.188,accounting for 42.1% of the total effect. Conclusions The nurses' character strengths,positive emotions,and job burnout are closely related,and character strengths can indirectly affect community nurses' job burnout through positive emotion regulation. The survey suggests that managers should pay more attention to nurses' character strengths and positive emotions,and provides evidence for the use of strengths interventions as a management strategy to reduce nurses' job burnout.
