川东北地区血液净化护士职业生涯适应力与感知真实型领导对职业幸福感的影响路径研究

摘要: 目的 调查血液净化护士感知真实型领导、职业生涯适应力及职业幸福感现状,并分析职业生涯适应力与感知真实型领导对职业幸福感的影响。方法 2022年1—2月采用方便抽样法,选取川东北地区16所综合医院387名血液净化护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、职业生涯适应力量表、感知真实型领导量表与职业幸福感量表进行调查,采用描述性分析、单因素分析、相关分析进行影响因素分析,采用AMOS 24.0建立结构方程模型。结果 血液净化护士职业生涯适应力得分为(93.61±9.15)分,感知真实型领导得分为(55.75±6.83)分,职业幸福感得分为(75.29±22.64)分。相关分析显示,职业生涯适应力与职业幸福感及感知真实型领导均呈正相关,感知真实型领导与职业幸福感呈正相关(均P<0.05)。感知真实型领导在血液净化护士职业生涯适应力与职业幸福感中起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.275,占总效应的33.7%。结论 川东北地区综合医院血液净化护士职业幸福感水平处于中等偏上水平,职业生涯适应力在感知真实型领导与职业幸福感中起部分中介作用,提高血液净化护士感知真实型领导有利于进一步提升其职业生涯适应力与职业幸福感水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of perceived authentic leadership,career adaptability and occupational well-being of blood purification nurses,analyze the influence path of career adaptability and perceived authentic leadership on occupational well-being. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 387 blood purification nurses from 16 general hospitals in northeast Sichuan from January to February 2022. The general information questionnaire,career adaptability scale,perceived authentic leadership scale and occupational well-being scale were applied in the investigation. The descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors. AMOS 24.0 was used to establish structural equation model. Results The scores of career adaptability,perceived authentic leadership and occupational well-being of blood purification nurses were (93.61±9.15),(55.75±6.83) and (75.29±22.64)points,respectively. The correlation analysis showed that career adaptability was positively correlated with occupational well-being and perceived authentic leadership,and the perceived authentic leadership was positively correlated with occupational well-being(all P<0.05). The perceived authentic leadership played a partial mediating role between career adaptability and occupational well-being of blood purification nurses,the mediating effect was 0.275,accounting for 33.7 % of the total benefit. Conclusion The level of occupational well-being of blood purification nurses in general hospitals in Northeast Sichuan is above the medium level,the career adaptability plays a partial mediating role between perceived authentic leadership and occupational well-being,so improving the perceived authentic leadership of blood purification nurses is conducive to further improving their career adaptability and occupational well-being.
