氯氰菊酯的神经毒性及其机制的研究进展

摘要: 氯氰菊酯是一种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,在农业及卫生害虫防治中被广泛应用,其对人类产生的潜在毒性也日益受到人们的关注。氯氰菊酯的主要的靶器官是神经系统,其可通过对神经递质、离子通道、脂质过氧化作用等产生影响而发挥其神经毒性作用。本文对氯氰菊酯对哺乳动物的神经毒性及其机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为氯氰菊酯的安全生产和使用提供参考。

Abstract: The cypermethrin(CYP) is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Because CYP is widely used in agricultural and sanitary pests control,its potential toxicity to humans has attracted increasing attention. The research shows that the nervous system is its main target organ,and cypermethrin can exert its neurotoxic effect by affecting neurotransmitters,ion channels,lipid peroxidation and so on. This paper summarizes the research progress on neurotoxicity of cypermethrin to mammals and its mechanism,so as to provide reference for the safe production and use of cypermethrin.
