Abstract: Objective Based on the special background of intensive care unit(ICU),to understand the status and influencing factors of perceived strssors of ICU,provide basis for pressure regulation and management in ICU. Methods From November to December 2021,the convenience sampling method was adopted to collect 346 ICU healthcare professionals from10 hospital in Sichuan Province. The cross-sectional survey was performed by the general situation questionnaire and the perceived stressors scale of intensive care units. The multiple linear regression was used to identify the influencing factors of perceived strssors of ICU. Results The total score of perceived stressors scale among ICU healthcare professionals was (147.53±40.23)points. The top five items were continuous and heavy workload, standby at any time or working at night, patients who do not support work/have aggression/delirium,lack of medical staff, and patients who make many demands and constantly complain. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job stressors among ICU healthcare professionals of different age, professional title, marital status and working years(all P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title and married status were the main influencing factors of perceived strssors of ICU healthcare professionals(β=13.183,13.336,both P<0.05). Conclusion The job stressors of ICU healthcare professionals are in the middle level, the higher professional title and married people have the higher level of stressors,so it is necessary to pay attention to the above groups and reasonably arrange human resources,to identify and improve the strssors in ICU and ensure the physical and mental health of ICU medical staff.
