    Correlation analysis of psychological agreement,emotional labor and job burnout among clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Jinan City

    Objective To analyze the relationship between psychological agreement,emotional labor and job burnout among clinical nurses. Methods A total of 234 front-line clinical nurses were selected from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Jinan City of Shandong Province from March to April in 2022 by convenient sampling method. They were investigated by general condition questionnaire,psychological agreement scale,emotional labor scale and job burnout scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of psychological agreement,emotional labor and job burnout in clinical nurses were (57.50±11.10),(51.79±8.42) and (63.10±16.75)points,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of psychological agreement among nurses of different age,working years,professional title,monthly night shift frequency,work intensity and job satisfaction(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of emotional labor among nurses of different employment form,weekly overtime times and job satisfaction(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job burnout among nurses of different marital status,working years,weekly overtime times and job satisfaction(all P<0.05). The psychological agreement of clinical nurses was negatively correlated with emotional labor and job burnou(r=-0.215,-0.428,both P<0.01),and emotional labor was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.255,P<0.01). The psychological agreement of clinical nurses played a part of intermediary effect between emotional labor and job burnout,and the mediating effect was 0.084,accounting for 33.1% of the total effect. Conclusion There is a correlation between psychological agreement,emotional labor and job burnout among clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Jinan City,psychological agreement has a partial mediating effect between emotional labor and job burnout,and improving the level of psychological agreement can help relieve the level of emotional labor and job burnout.

    Objective To understand the residents' individual serving and related cognition based on WeChat virtual community,provide data basis for the government and professional institutions to formulate individual serving policies or implement popular science education,so as to cultivate the healthy behavior of individual serving. Methods According to the information epidemiology,the anonymous cross-sectional survey online questionnaire was released using the official account of "Popularizing Healthy Life"(pujijiangang123) sponsored by Tianjin Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on November 17 to 24,2020,to carry out a survey on residents' cognition and related behaviors of individual serving,and analyze relevant influencing factors. Results A total of 16 048 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey. It is found that the proportion of individual serving among the residents active in the WeChat virtual community in Tianjin was 9.04%,while the epidimic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 has a positive effect on the way of eating,the proportion of "eating together before epidemic,but individual serving after epidemic" was 51.32%. Women and urban areas were the favorable factors for the individual serving,and the groups that epidemic have a greater impact on residents' eating style included men,urban areas,college/undergraduate,and business employees. Conclusion At present,the proportion of individual serving among residents is low and the awareness of individual serving is insufficient,so the public education on the individual serving should be strengthened.

    Objective To explore the relationship between workplace loneliness,organizational commitment and turnover intention of nurses employed in other places in Shenzhen City,provide a basis for reducing the turnover intention level of nurses in Shenzhen City. Methods The convenience sampling was used to select 468 nurses employed in other places from four tertiary general hospitals in Shenzhen City from March to August 2021. The self-compiled general demographic questionnaire,turnover intention scale,workplace loneliness scale,organizational commitment scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The score of turnover intention among nurses employed in other places in Shenzhen City was(1.98±0.62)points,and the incidence rate of turnover intention was 45.1%. The score of workplace loneliness was(24.41±6.03)points,and the score of organizational commitment was(51.48±14.14)points. The workplace loneliness and turnover intention were significantly negatively correlated with organizational commitment(r=-0.326,-0.163,both P<0.01),workplace loneliness was significantly positively correlated with turnover intention(r=0.315,P<0.01). The organizational commitment had a partial mediating effect between workplace loneliness and turnover intention,with a mediating effect of 0.035,accounting for 13.15% of the total effect. Conclusion The turnover intention level of the nurses employed in different places in Shenzhen City is relatively high,so the hospital management department should reduce their workplace loneliness to increase their organizational commitment,which is conducive to the turnover intention level of the nurses employed in different places and guarantees the stability of the nursing team.
    Intermediary effect of future self-continuity between sense of organizational justice and job burnout among communication staff of state-owned enterprises

    Objective To investigate the relationship between sense of organizational justice,future self-continuity and job burnout among state-owned enterprise employees in communication industry,analyze the mediating role of future self-continuity. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 1 262 employees in state-owned communication enterprises in first-tier cities,new first-tier cities[hereinafter referred to as "(new) first-tier cities"] and fifth-tier cities from February to March 2022. The data were collected by the demographic data questionnaire,job burnout questionnaire,sense of organizational justice scale,self-others integration scale,and the data were analyzed. Results Among the surveyed employees,male,middle managers and managers had the highest scores of future self-continuity and sense of organizational justice,and the lowest scores of job burnout. The job burnout was significantly negatively correlated with future self-continuity and sense of organizational justice(r=-0.446,-0.518,both P<0.01),and future self-continuity was significantly positively correlated with sense of organizational justice(r=0.453,P<0.01). The future self-continuity played a partial intermediary role in the impact of organizational justice on job burnout,the intermediary effect was 0.121,accounting for 23.09% of the total effect. The city type had a moderating effect on the prediction of organizational justice on future self-continuity(Moderated mediation index 95%CI:-0.099 0--0.000 4). The moderating effect wasmarginal significant(the result of the interaction between organizational justice and city type was t=1.951,95%CI:-0.001-0.363,P>0.05). The employees' organizational justice in(new) first-tier cities had a greater impact on future self-continuity(Bsimple=0.883,P<0.01,95%CI:0.740-1.025),while employees' organizational justice in fifth-tier cities had a smaller impact on future self-continuity(Bsimple=0.702,P<0.01,95%CI:0.588-0.816). The scores of future self-continuity,perceived organizational justice and job burnou in employees in(new) first-tier cities were (5.28±0.98),(4.06±0.55) and (2.59±0.89)points,respectively. The employees in fifth-tier cities had lower scores of future self-continuity[(5.12±0.93)points],perceived organizational justice[(4.02±0.53)points],and higher scores of job burnout[(2.71±0.91)points]. Conclusions The organizational justice and future self-continuity are important influencing factors of job burnout among employees in state-owned communication enterprises,and future self-continuity plays a partial mediating role between them. The city type moderates the predictive effect of organizational justice on future self-continuity. Improving the sense of organizational justice is conducive to improving their future self-continuity and reducing their level of job burnout.
    Analysis on current situation and trend of newly reported occupational diseases in Zibo City from 2011-2021

    Objective To provide a theoretical basis for formulating occupational disease prevention and control measures by analyzing the current situation and trend of newly reported occupational diseases in Zibo City from 2011-2021. Methods The data of new occupational disease cases directly reported by the network in Zibo City from 2011-2021 were collected. The current situation and incidence trend of new occupational diseases in Zibo City in recent 11 years were analyzed according to the dimensions of year,region,industry,enterprise economic type and enterprise scale. At the same time,the number of occupational disease cases in different categories was fitted over time. Results From 2011-2021,there were 2 068 newly reported occupational diseases in Zibo City,mainly including occupational pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases(84.53%),occupational otolaryngology and oral diseases(8.32%) and occupational chemical poisoning(4.88%). The coal worker's pneumoconiosis and silicosis were the most common pneumoconiosis diseases,accounting for 89.76% of this category of occupational diseases. The number of occupational disease cases increased first and then decreased with the progress of time,and reached the peak in 2016. All counties and districts had case reports,but they were mainly concentrated in Zichuan District,Boshan District and Zhangdian District,accounting for 78.38% of the total cases. The age of onset ranged from 21 to 87 years old,with a male to female ratio of 12∶1. The top three industries were mining,manufacturing and construction,accounting for 87.91% of the total cases. The economic types of enterprises were mainly private economy,state-owned economy and collective economy enterprises,accounting for 97.78% of the total cases. The newly reported occupational diseases were mainly concentrated in large and medium-sized enterprises. Conclusion It is necessary to formulate targeted policies and measures to strengthen the prevention and control of occupational diseases in key areas such as Zichuan District,Boshan District and Zhangdian District,key industries such as mining,manufacturing and construction,as well as private economy,state-owned economy,collective economy,large and medium-sized enterprises,and pay more attention to non-essential and emerging occupational diseases.

    Objective To explore the effects of occupational pressure and occupational stress on mental health of female teachers with gynecological diseases in primary and secondary schools in Xi'an City. Methods Using the convenient sampling method,384 female teachers with gynecological diseases from primary and secondary schools were selected as the survey objects,who visited the gynecological clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January in 2020 to October in 2021. The occupational pressure scale,occupational stress scale and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were used for investigation and analysis. Results The scores of occupational pressure,occupational stress and mental health of 384 female teachers with gynecological diseases in primary and secondary schools in Xi'an City were (139.73±34.27),(399.10±68.46) and (194.48±52.76) points,respectively. The occupational pressure of female teachers with gynecological diseases in primary and secondary schools was positively correlated with scores of SCL-90 and occupational stress(r=0.554,0.628,both P<0.01),and occupational stress was positively correlated with scores of SCL-90(r=0.589,P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the mental health among female primary and secondary school teachers with gynecological diseases at different age,teaching years,whether they were head teachers,marital status,reproductive status,monthly income and disease severity(all P<0.05). The occupational pressure and occupational stress jointly explained 31.4% of the variation of mental health of female teachers with gynecological diseases in primary and secondary schools. Conclusion The mental health level of female teachers with gynecological diseases in primary and secondary schools in Xi'an City is low,the occupational pressure and occupational stress are the main influencing factors of mental health,so reducing the level of occupational pressure and occupational stress is conducive to improving their mental health level.

    Objective To understand the overall situation of peripheral blood cell count of radiation workers under long-term low-dose ionizing radiation,so as to provide basis for improving radiation protection measures and ensuring occupational health of radiation workers. Methods A total of 1 307 radiation workers in Jiangsu Province in 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to different post status,gender,age,working age,nature and rank of work unit,the overall situation of peripheral blood cell of radiation workers was compared and analyzed. Results Among 1 307 radiation workers in Jiangsu Province in 2021,number of workers with on-the-job health examination was the largest(85.5%),while the number of workers with pre-job(7.2%) and off-post(7.3%) health examination was the smallest. The number of white blood cell count(WBC),lymphocyte count(LYM) and neutrophil count(NEU) of the off-post radiation workers were the lowest,while those of the pre-job radiation workers were the highest,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F=10.025,20.618,3.111,all P<0.01). Among the on-the-job radiation workers,the level of WBC in females was lower than that in males(F=5.408,P<0.01),and WBC abnormality rate was higher than that in males(χ2=3.980,P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in WBC among different age groups(F=6.914,P<0.01),and the WBC was the lowest among workers aged 41-<51 years old. There was statistically significant difference in WBC among different working-age groups(F=4.982,P<0.01),and the WBC in workers with 21-<31 years of working-age was the lowest. Among white blood cell classification count,the difference in decreased neutrophils(NEU) was statistically significant among different working-age groups. The level of WBC of radiological workers in nuclear power industry was lower than that of medical radiological workers(P<0.05),mainly decreased neutrophils. Among medical radiological workers,the level of WBC in provincial hospitals was the lowest,while that in district hospitals was the highest(F=22.388,P<0.01). Conclusions Among 1 307 radiation workers in Jiangsu Province in 2021,the long-term low-dose ionizing radiation affect white blood cell classification count levels,and WBC of radiation workers in nuclear power industry is lower than that of medical radiation workers. The workers who are female,senior working age,engaged in nuclear power industry and provincial hospitals are more likely to have lower occupational WBC. So daily management and radiation protection of these people should be further strengthened.

    Objective To analyze the individual dose monitoring level of radiologists in a medical institution of Jining City from 2017-2021,provide support for targeted health education for radiation personnel. Methods The thermoluminescence dose equipment was used to monitor the individual dose of occupational external exposure of radiation workers. The radiation workers in a medical institution of Jining City from 2017-2021 were selected as the survey objects,to analyze the individual dose monitoring results in five consecutive years. Results From 2017 to 2021,totally 1 685 radiation workers were monitored,and the annual collective effective dose of all radiation workers was 1 608.12 mSv,the annual effective dose per capita was 0.95 mSv. There was no person whose annual effective dose per capita exceeded 5 mSv/a. There was statistically significant difference in annual effective dose per capita among different years(H=4.168,P<0.01). The individual annual effective dose in 2021 was the highest,which was 1.70 mSv. The individual annual effective dose in ≥5 years of working age group was higher than that in <5 years of working age group,while the individual annual effective dose in 10-<20 and ≥20 years of working age groups was higher than that in 5-<10 years of working age group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). There was statistically significant difference in the individual annual effective dose among different occupational categories(H=187.603,P<0.01). The individual annual effective dose of nuclear medicine workers was the highest(1.06 msv). Conclusions From 2017 to 2021,the personal dose of radiation workers in a medical institution of Jining City is at lower level,and and the management of radiation protection should focus on nuclear medicine,the age group ≥50 years old and ≥5 years of working age group. For interventional radiologists,it is recommended that the ophthalmic lens dose monitoring should be carried out in combination with the actual situation. For nuclear medicine personnel,especially who is exposed to 131I,it is recommended that the internal exposure monitoring should be taken to more accurately evaluate personal dose.

    Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of volatile phenol,cyanide,anionic synthetic detergent and sulfide in drinking water by continuous flow analyzer. Methods Using on-line distillation,the distillate reacted with 4-aminoantipyrine in the presence of basic potassium ferricyanide,and the content of volatile phenol was determined by spectrophotometry. Using on-line distillation,the distillate reacted with chloramine-T,and then reacted with isonicotinic acid pyrazolone to form blue compounds,the content of cyanide was determined by spectrophotometry. Usingon-line extraction,the content of anionic synthetic detergent was determined by methylene blue spectrophotometry,and sulfide was determined by the reaction of sulfur ion with N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine dihydrochloride. Results When the mass concentration of volatile phenol and cyanide was 2-100μg/L,the linear correlation coefficients(r) were≥0.999 9,and the detection limits were 0.2 and 0.4 μg/L respectively,the relative standard deviations were 0.75%-2.80% and 0.36%-2.26% respectively,and the recoveries were 98.0%-103.6% and 101.0%-102.0% respectively. When the mass concentration of anionic synthetic detergent and sulfide was 20-1000 μg/L,the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9995 and 0.999 9 respectively,and the detection limits were 4.4 and 1.6 μg/L respectively,the relative standard deviations were 0.55%-1.08% and 0.33%-1.97% respectively,and the recoveries were 93.6%-95.8% and 99%-101.9% respectively. Compared with the national standard method,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with the national standard method,this method saves time and labor,has lower detection limit,better precision and accuracy,less pollution,and is more suitable for the analysis and determination of large quantities of samples.
    Effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides on oxidative damage of renal tubular epithelial cells and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway

    Objective To explore the effect oflycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP) on the injury of renal tubular epithelial cells (HK2) stimulated by hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and the expression of phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase(AKT) pathway protein. Methods HK2 cells were incubated and the injury model was made by H2O2 stimulation. According to the experimental design,it was divided into normal group,LBP control group,model group and LBP intervention group,and four groups were given intervention reagents respectively. Normal group:normal incubation;LBP control group:LBP was added dropwise to the normal incubation solution;Model group:H2O2 was added dropwise to the normal incubation solution;LBP intervention group:incubate with LBP for 24 hours in advance,and then add H2O2 dropwise. The contents of H2O2 and LBP in the incubation solution were 100 μmol/L and 100 mg/L respectively. Each group was intervened for 24 hours. The morphological changes of cellswere showed though light microscope,the survival rate was determined by the kit,and the apoptosis ratio was analyzed though flow cytometry. The activity of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in cytoplasm weremeasured by colorimetry. The levels of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),Bcl 2-Associated X(Bax),PI3K,AKT and phosphorylated PI3K(p-PI3K) and AKT(p-AKT) were evaluated by Western blotting. Results Normal group and LBP control group had not differences in cell morphological status,survival and apoptosis rate,intracellular MDA,SOD,Bcl-2,Bax,PI3K,p-PI3K,AKT and p-AKT(all P>0.05). Compared with the normal group,the cells in the model groupbecame round and shed,survival rate[(50.23±3.38)%] decreased,apoptosis rate[(52.49±3.56)%] increased,the content of MDA[(4.63±0.69) mmol/L] increased while the activity of SOD[(9.56±0.71) U/L] decreased,the contents of Bcl-2(0.165±0.023),p-PI3K/PI3K(0.413±0.057) and p-AKT/AKT(0.647±0.063) decreased,and the content of Bax(1.058±0.034) increased(all P<0.05). Compared with the model group,the cells in the LBP intervention group showed extension and less abscission,survival rate[(85.31±3.49)%] increased,apoptosis rate[(24.62±2.97)%] decreased,the content of MDA[(2.08±0.35)mmol/L] decreased while the activity of SOD[(17.03±1.45)U/L] increased,the contents of Bcl-2(0.854±0.044),p-PI3K/PI3K(0.718±0.079) and p-AKT/AKT(0.975±0.112) increased,and the content of Bax(0.213±0.023)decreased(all P<0.05). Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharide can protect renal tubular epithelial cells from oxidative damage induced by H2O2,increase their survival rate,reduce apoptosis rate and reduce intracellular harmful substances,which are closely related to the activation of PI3K/AKT pathway.
    Study on antioxidant capacity of a camel milk powder in Xinjiang

    Objective To study the antioxidant capacity of camel milk powder from a brand in Xinjiang in different seasons. Methods The different batches of 2020 camel milk powder purchased in January 2021 were divided into groups according to the season,and dissolved with the appropriate proportion. The antioxidant capacity was detected by chemical model method. The oxidation and degradation ability of lipid was measured by thiobarbituric acid method,free radical scavenging ability was measured by superoxide anion scavenging method,and reducing ability was measured by ferric reduction ability plasma assay (FRAP). Results In the ratio of oil∶camel milk powder solution=1∶1 group,the oxidation inhibition rate of camel milk powder content 25% mixed group had the highest oxidation inhibition rate,and in the ratio of oil∶camel milk powder solution=1∶3 group,the oxidation inhibition rate of camel milk powder content 25% summer group had the highest oxidation inhibition rate(all P<0.05). When the content of camel milk powder was dissolved at 14.29%,the superoxide anion clearance rate of summer camel milk powder was lower than that of winter camel milk powder and mixed camel milk powder(both P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in the superoxide anion clearance rate of the other three groups(content was 50%,25% and 11.11%)(all P>0.05). When the content of camel milk powder was 25% dissolved,the iron ion reduction ability of the mixed camel milk powder was the strongest,when the content of camel milk powder was 14.29% dissolved,the iron ion reduction ability of the mixed camel milk powder was the strongest,when the content of camel milk powder was 11.11% dissolved,the iron reduction ability of winter camel milk powder was strong(all P<0.05). Conclusions The camel milk powder has certain antioxidant activity,and the antioxidant capacity of mixed camel milk powder is stronger. There is no statistically significant difference in antioxidant capacity between summer and winter camel milk powder. The inhibition rate of lipid oxidation is related to the concentration of milk powder,however,its antioxidant capacity is affected by many factors,such as sample quality,detection method and region.

    Objective To investigate the status of perceived authentic leadership,career adaptability and occupational well-being of blood purification nurses,analyze the influence path of career adaptability and perceived authentic leadership on occupational well-being. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 387 blood purification nurses from 16 general hospitals in northeast Sichuan from January to February 2022. The general information questionnaire,career adaptability scale,perceived authentic leadership scale and occupational well-being scale were applied in the investigation. The descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors. AMOS 24.0 was used to establish structural equation model. Results The scores of career adaptability,perceived authentic leadership and occupational well-being of blood purification nurses were (93.61±9.15),(55.75±6.83) and (75.29±22.64)points,respectively. The correlation analysis showed that career adaptability was positively correlated with occupational well-being and perceived authentic leadership,and the perceived authentic leadership was positively correlated with occupational well-being(all P<0.05). The perceived authentic leadership played a partial mediating role between career adaptability and occupational well-being of blood purification nurses,the mediating effect was 0.275,accounting for 33.7 % of the total benefit. Conclusion The level of occupational well-being of blood purification nurses in general hospitals in Northeast Sichuan is above the medium level,the career adaptability plays a partial mediating role between perceived authentic leadership and occupational well-being,so improving the perceived authentic leadership of blood purification nurses is conducive to further improving their career adaptability and occupational well-being.

    Objective To understand Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection in occupational population,explore the correlation between HP infection and dyslipidemia in occupational population. Methods The basic data and laboratory test results of 1 799 occupational health examinees who participated in HP screening in Wuhan Prevevention and Treatment Center for Occupational Diseases from July 2020 to June 2021 were collected and analyzed comprehensively. 92 patients with HP infection were selected by stratified sampling according to age and sex as group A. Among 1799 occupational health examinees,95 healthy subjects who were not infected with HP were selected as group B. The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI),serum triglycerides(TG),totalcholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),creatinine(CR),uric acid(UA),fasting plasma glucose(FBG),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),asparagine aminotransferase(AST),platelet (PLT) and platelet distribution width (PDW) were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 1 799 occupational health examinees,559 cases were positive for HP infection,with an infection rate of 31.07%. There were no statistically significant differences in the infection rate among different genders and ages(all P>0.05). Among the 1 799 occupational health examinees,there were 475 cases with dyslipidemia,with a dyslipidemia rate of 26.40%. The dyslipidemia rate of males and females was 28.64% and 21.02% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among 475 patients with dyslipidemia,the mixed male dyslipidemia rate was 14.29%,and the mixed female dyslipidemia rate was 24.32%. There was a statistically significant difference in the prevalence of mixed dyslipidemia between men and women(P<0.05). Among 475 patients with dyslipidemia,those with HP infection accounted for 35.78%. The patients with positive HP and mixed dyslipidemia accounted for 9.41% of the total patients of dyslipidemia and positive HP,while the patients with negative HP and mixed dyslipidemia accounted for 20.66% of the total patients of dyslipidemia and negative HP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of BMI,SBP,TG,TC,LDL-C,FBG and UA in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of TC and UA might be the influencing factors of HP infection. Conclusion The prevalence rate of HP infection and dyslipidemia is high in the occupational health examination population,HP infection is closely related to dyslipidemia,therefore,joint prevention and control of related diseases should be improved.

    Objective Based on the special background of intensive care unit(ICU),to understand the status and influencing factors of perceived strssors of ICU,provide basis for pressure regulation and management in ICU. Methods From November to December 2021,the convenience sampling method was adopted to collect 346 ICU healthcare professionals from10 hospital in Sichuan Province. The cross-sectional survey was performed by the general situation questionnaire and the perceived stressors scale of intensive care units. The multiple linear regression was used to identify the influencing factors of perceived strssors of ICU. Results The total score of perceived stressors scale among ICU healthcare professionals was (147.53±40.23)points. The top five items were continuous and heavy workload,standby at any time or working at night,patients who do not support work/have aggression/delirium,lack of medical staff,and patients who make many demands and constantly complain. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job stressors among ICU healthcare professionals of different age,professional title,marital status and working years(all P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title and married status were the main influencing factors of perceived strssors of ICU healthcare professionals(β=13.183,13.336,both P<0.05). Conclusion The job stressors of ICU healthcare professionals are in the middle level,the higher professional title and married people have the higher level of stressors,so it is necessary to pay attention to the above groups and reasonably arrange human resources,to identify and improve the strssors in ICU and ensure the physical and mental health of ICU medical staff.
    Mediating role of psychological contract between nurses' performance appraisal justice and organizational trust

    Objective To explore the effects of performance appraisal justice and psychological contract on organizational trust of nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin,so as to provide reference basis and management methods for improving nurses' trust to the hospital. Methods From August to September,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 180 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin by means of general data questionnaire,performance appraisal justice scale,psychological contract scale and organizational trust scale. Results The average score of items of the nurses' performance appraisal justice scale was (3.41±0.95) points,the average score of items of the psychological contract scale was (3.47±0.91)points,and the average score of of items of the organizational trust scale was (3.67±0.86)points,all were at the medium level. The performance appraisal justice was positively correlated with organizational trust and psychological contract(r=0.808,0.836,both P<0.01),and the psychological contract was positively correlated with organizational trust(r=0.873,P<0.01). The psychological contract played a mediating role between performance appraisal justice and organizational trust,with an effect value of 0.494,accounting for 67.76%. Conclusion The organizational trust of nurses in this hospital is at a medium level,and the Managers should improve the satisfaction of nurses' perception of justice in performance appraisal and maintain a good degree of psychological contract,so as to improve the nurses' organizational trust.

    Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of professional identity among obstetric medical staff in Suzhou City,analyze the relationship between their professional identity,work stressors and organizational commitment,and provide a basis for making decisions to improve the professional identity of obstetric medical staff. Methods From January to April 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 192 obstetric medical workers in two hospitals in Suzhou City by the general data questionnaire,occupational identity scale,work stressor scale,and organizational commitment scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The score of professional identity in 192 obstetric medical workers was (92.79±15.87)points,the work stressor score was (69.97±17.84)points,and the total score of organizational commitment was (67.49±9.84)points. The total score of work stressors and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with professional identity(all P<0.05),while the total score of organizational commitment and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with professional identity(P<0.05). The working age <5 years,sub-health,work stressors and organizational commitment were all influencing factors of professional identity of obstetric medical staff(β=0.103、0.127、-0.091、0.067,all P<0.05). Conclusions The professional identity of 192 obstetric medical workers in two hospitals of Suzhou City is not optimistic,the professional identity of obstetric medical staff is influenced by the working age,sub-health,work stressors and organizational commitment,and the job stressors have a negative effect on their professional identity,while organizational commitment has a positive effect on the professional identity. The management should take measures to reduce the working pressure of medical staff,enhance their organizational commitment,and enhance their professional identity.

    Objective To analyze the relationship between nurses' innovative behavior and organizational innovation climate and information literacy in five tertiary grade-A hospitals in Tianjin,further explore the mediating effect of information literacy between innovative behavior and organizational innovation climate,in order to provide a reference for constructing the intervention program to improve the innovative behavior of nurses in Tianjin. Methods A total of 525 nurses from five tertiary grade-A hospitals in Tianjin were selected from April to May 2022 by using convenience sampling. The general information questionnaire,nurse innovative behavior scale,nurse organizational innovation climate,and information literacy scale were used for electronic questionnaire-star survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The total scores of nurses' innovative behavior,organizational innovative climate and information literacy in five grade-A hospitals in Tianjin were(33.53±6.84),(70.84±13.81) and(73.12±10.28)points,respectively. The total score of innovation behavior was positively correlated with the total score of organizational innovation climate and the total score of information literacy(r=0.613,0.548,both P<0.01),and information literacy played a partial mediating role between the two variables,with the mediating effect accounting for 35.7%(P<0.01). Conclusions The Nurses' innovative behavior,organizational innovation climate and information literacy in five grade-A hospitals in Tianjin are at the medium level,where is room for further improvement. And information literacy plays a part of the mediating role. It is suggested that nursing managers should establish a scientific and diversified nursing information literacy training system by creating a harmonious and friendly organizational innovation climate,improve their information literacy,cultivate their innovation enthusiasm and consciousness in the process of clinical practice,and then promote the generation of innovative behavior to meet the needs of patients and adapt to the development of modern clinical nursing.

    Objective To explore the influencing factors and improvement countermeasures of nurses' organizational silence based on the self-determination theory. Methods A total of 458 nurses from a comprehensive top three hospital in Xi'an were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,the nurses' organizational silence scale and the professional identity scale at May 2021. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses' organizational silence,and the improvement countermeasures of organizational silence were put forward based on self-determination theory. Results The average score of nurses' organizational silence was (54.88±13.88)points,which was in the middle level. Organizational silence was influenced by gender,department and professional identity(all P<0.05). Meanwhile,nurses' professional identity was negatively correlated with organizational silence total score and all dimensions(all P<0.05). Conclusions Organizational silence is influenced by a variety of factors such as professional identity. According to self-determination theory,strategies such as enhancing nurses' professional identity as an entry point,establishing nurses' advice beliefs,recognizing the value of nurses' advice,and encouraging nurses' advice behaviors are proposed to improve the phenomenon of nurse organizational silence.

    Objective To evaluate the potential health hazards of heavy metals in drinking water of Jurong City. Methods The heavy metals in drinking water of Jurong City were detected in the wet season and dry season in 2021,and the health risk caused by drinking water was evaluated preliminarily. Results The qualified rates of arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),hexavalent chromium (Cr6+),lead(Pb),and mercury(Hg) in drinking water in Jurong City were 100.0%. The carcinogenic risk of As,Cd,Cr6+ and Pb was 2.8×10-5/a,3.6×10-5/a,5.1×10-5/a,5.2×10-7/a,respectively. The cumulative carcinogenic risk was 1.1×10-4/a. Among different population,the order of carcinogenic risk was children>adult males>adult females. The non-carcinogenic risk value of As,Cd,Cr6+,Pb and Hg was 0.063/a,0.012/a,0.020/a,0.043/a and 0.008 3/a,respectively,and the hazard index was 0.13/a. The order of non-carcinogenic risk of different population was children>adult males>adult females. Conclusions The concentrations of As,Cd,Cr6+ and Pb in drinking water of Juirong City meet the hygiene standars of domestic drinking water according to GB 5749-2006,and the cumulative carcinogenic risk is high,so it is necessary to pay more attention to the risk management of drinking water and improve the detection level. The non-carcinogenic risks of As,Cd,Cr6+,Pb and Hg are within the range of acceptable risk value recommend by US EPA.

    Objective To investigate the psychological resilience,social support and sense of life meaning of adolescents in Nanchang City,in order to provide reference for adolescents' mental health education. Methods From September to November 2021,the convenience sampling method was used to select 304 students from a middle school in Nanchang City as the research object. The general data questionnaire,the adolescent psychological resilience scale,the perception of social support scale,and the meaning of life scale were applied in the investigation,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of psychological resilience,social support and sense of life meaning of 304 adolescents in Nanchang City were (82.74±12.86),(50.01±8.96) and (41.74±7.48)points,respectively. The adolescents' psychological resilience was positively correlated with social support and sense of life meaning(r=0.911,0.947,both P<0.05),and the adolescents' social support was positively correlated with life meaning(r=0.916,P<0.05). Whether the only child,household registration place,physical health,family support,other supports,life meaning seeking,and life meaning experience were the main influencing factors of adolescents' psychological resilience. Conclusions The psychological resilience of adolescents is at a moderate level in Nanchang City and needs to be improved,and it is correlated with positive psychological factors such as social support and sense of life meaning. The society,schools,and families should pay attention to the cultivation of adolescents' social support and sense of life meaning,so as to improve their psychological resilience and promote their mental health development.

    Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen in senior high school during the adaptation period in Rizhao No.1 Middle School,analyze its influencing factors,and provide basis for mental health education of middle school students. Methods From 2018 to 2021,the questionnaire Mental health diagnostic test of middle school students(MHT) was distributed to all freshmen on the first weekend after the military training of freshmen in senior high school in every year,and the data were analyzed. Results From 2018 to 2021,the mean score of MHT among freshmen in Rizhao No. 1 Middle School decreased by 3.16 points. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of each factor and the total score of MHT between gender groups(all P<0.01). The high-frequency abnormal factors were physical symptoms(9.65%),allergic tendencies (8.51%) and impulsive tendencies(6.99%). Conclusions The mental health level of freshmen in Rizhao No.1 Middle School has been improved,high-frequency abnormal factors have changed,and the mental health level of girls is lower than that of boys. It is suggested that we should timely adjust the content of mental health education according to the changes,pay attention to high-frequency abnormal factors,and give differentiated education to students according to the different characteristics and individual characteristics of mental health in boys and girls.

    Objective To understand the current situation and correlation of empathy ability and professional identity of male nursing students in a higher vocational college of Anhui Province. Methods By using the cluster sampling method,the current situation of empathy ability and professional identity of 362 male nursing students in a higher vocational college of Anhui Province were investigated by the Jefferson empathy scale-nursing student version and the nursing student professional identity scale In January 2022,and the data were analyzed. Results The score of empathy ability of male nursing students in a higher vocational college of Anhui Province was (101.21±18.49)points,and the score of professional identity was (65.73±12.21)points. There were statistically significant differences in the score of empathy ability among male nursing students in terms of grade,only child,whether they liked nursing,whether their parents supported studying nursing and their parents' educational level(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the score of professional identity among male nursing students in terms of whether they liked nursing,whether their parents supported studying nursing(all P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between professional identity and empathy ability of male nursing students in higher vocational college(r=0.557,P<0.05). Conclusions The professional identity and empathy ability of male nursing students in a higher vocational college of Anhui Province need to be improved,and there is a close relationship between the empathy ability and professional identity of male nursing students in higher vocational college. The nursing educators can organically integrate the concepts of educating people,leading by example,and practicing through activities such as curriculum ideological and political construction,deepening college cooperation,and expanding social services,so that male nursing students can effectively improve empathy ability in the process of knowledge-belief-action and promote nursing professional identity.

    Objective To analyze the current status and development trend of nurses' psychological resilience in China,in order to provide information for further research. Methods The literature on nurses' psychological resilience published from January 2010 to March 2022 was searched from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and CBM,to performed a bibliometric analysis. Results A total of 430 articles published in 143 journals were included,the number of articles was increasing year by year,and the Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing had the biggest amount of publications(23 articles,6.0%). The authors were located in 30 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities,while Shandong Province,Sichuan Province and Guangdong Province published the most amount of papers(131 articles,30.5%). The research method was mainly cross-sectional study,and there were few longitudinal cohort studies and mixed studies that dynamically track nurses' psychological resilience. The researches mainly focused on innvestigation and analysis of current situation and influencing factors of psychological resilience of nurses in special positions,influence on other factors and correlation analysis. Conclusions The nurses' psychological resilience has been emphazed in China in recent years,but the research method is single,the scope is narrow,and the distribution of articles is uneven. It is suggested that scholars broaden the scope and depth of research in this field,in order to provide a basis for the research on the nurses' psychological resilience.

    Objective To analyze the domestic and foreign journals related to the epidemiology of infectious diseases,provide basis for technical personnel to contribute and consult literature. Methods In December 2021,2020 edition of journal citation report (JCR) and Chinese journals related to the epidemiology of infectious disease were collected and sorted out. SCI journals were sorted by using Total Cites,journal impact factor and annual volume. Chinese journals were sorted by indices such as publication period and included database. Results At present,a total of 78 English journals are related to the epidemiology of infectious diseases,which mainly distributed in the discipline categories of "infectious Diseases","Public,Environmental & Occupational Health" and "Statistics & Probability". There are 19 Chinese journals in total,of which 4 were included in PubMed and 11 were included in the Guide to the Core Journals of China. Conclusion Although there are many journals about the epidemiology of infectious diseases,there is a lack of journals only focusing on the epidemiology of infectious diseases. With the development of the epidemiology of infectious diseases,the demand for papers in this regard will increase. In order to promote the development of the discipline,it is suggested to establish a special issue.

    Objective To explore the influencing factors of health literacy in Chinese elderly people,provide a basis for the future research on the health literacy of the elderly. Methods The PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,WanFang Data,CBM and VIP databases were searched by the computer from the inception to January 2022,in order to collect studies on the influencing factors of health literacy of the elderly in China. Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data,and evaluated the quality of the included literatur.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 20 studies were included,involving a sample size of 59 826 cases and 12 influencing factors. The results showed that the influencing factors and OR(95%CI) values of health literacy in Chinese elderly people were as follows:high educational level [1.89(1.66-2.16)],high family income[1.50(1.14-1.98)],working as manual workers[0.29(0.19-0.42)],living in rural areas[0.71(0.50-0.99)] and central or western regions[0.68(0.46-0.99)]. Conclusion Working as manual workers and living in rural areas and central or western regions are the risk factors of health literacy of Chinese elderly,and higher education level and family income are the protective factors.

    Objective To study influenza vaccination in children and its influencing factors. Methods A tltal of 110 children who were vaccinated with influenza vaccine in the Prevention Department of Hexi District Rehabilitation Hospital of Tianjin from August 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the vaccination group,while 110 children who were vaccinated with other vaccine but not vaccinated with influenza vaccine were selected in the Prevention Department of Hexi District Rehabilitation Hospital of Tianjin as the control group. The incidence rate of influenza,incidence and frequency of adverse reactions,as well as the results of questionnaire survey and multifactor analysis were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions at 1,3,and 6 months after influenza vaccination in the vaccination group was 0,3.64% and 9.09%,respectively,with an average of 7.27%. The incidence in the control group was 7.27%,19.09% and 32.73%,respectively,with an average of 24.55%. There were statistically significant differences in education level,total monthly family income,guardian's occupation,guardian vaccinated against influenza and guardian's awareness rate of influenza vaccine knowledge(χ2=53.623,17.921,46.313,69.989,65.007,all P<0.05). The education level,total monthly family income and guardian vaccinated against influenza were the factors affecting influenza vaccination[OR(95%CI)=2.114(0.772-5.823),4.847(1.834-12.871),7.541(3.133-18.142)]. Conclusions The children vaccinated against influenza has a certain preventive effect on influenza and it also have small adverse reaction and lead to high safety. Various factors such as guardian's education level and total monthly family income affect the vaccination rate of influenza vaccines for children. In practical work,influenza vaccine publicity should be carried out in various forms to improve guardians' awareness and vaccination rate of influenza vaccine,so as to prevent the occurrence of influenza more effectively.

At present,the research on the youth cancer population in China is not mature,so this paper reviews the overview of peer support,the mechanism of effect and its research progress in young cancer patients,including the application form of peer support,the intervention effect and the existing implementation challenges,and provides suggestions for promoting the development of peer support projects in China's youth cancer group,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical direction for young cancer patients to develop reasonable peer support programs.

    The cypermethrin(CYP) is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Because CYP is widely used in agricultural and sanitary pests control,its potential toxicity to humans has attracted increasing attention. The research shows that the nervous system is its main target organ,and cypermethrin can exert its neurotoxic effect by affecting neurotransmitters,ion channels,lipid peroxidation and so on. This paper summarizes the research progress on neurotoxicity of cypermethrin to mammals and its mechanism,so as to provide reference for the safe production and use of cypermethrin.

    The information literacy,as an important basis for nurses to complete their nursing work with high quality,is also one of the necessary abilities of nurses in the background of the information age,and has an important impact on the development of the nursing industry. This paper introduces the concept of information literacy,evaluation tools of information literacy of nurses,andstatus of information literacy of nurses,analyzes the influencing factors of nurses' information literacy from demographic factors,scientific research ability,innovation behavior,organizational factors,leadership behavior and work factors,and summarizes the coping strategies of nurses' information literacy from individual factors,ability improvement and organizational support system,in order to improve the level of information literacy of nurses and provide reference for follow-up research.
