Research progress on thriving at work of nurses

Abstract: With the vigorous development of "Healthy China",the community's demand for medical and health care is increasing,and the nurse group plays an important role. However,heavy work and assessment will lead to nurses' job burnout,thereby increasing the turnover rate of nurses. Thriving at work can enhance employees' enthusiasm for learning and working,thereby slowing the emergence of job burnout and reducing staff turnover. The paper summarizes the overview of thriving at work,antecedent variables,outcome variables and improvement strategies of thriving at work,in order to provide reference for improving nurses' thriving at work.
