Research status and trend analysis of Chinese medicine health literacy based on CiteSpace

Abstract: Objective To analyze the research status of Chinese medicine health literacy in China from 2009 to 2021,in order to discover the research hotspots of Chinese medicine health literacy in China,predict future research trends,and provide references for subsequent in-depth research. Methods The literature on health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine was searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database from 2009 to 2021,a total of 204 documents were retrieved,and 107 were valid documents after screening. CiteSpace V5.7.R2 software was used to conduct the visual analysis on the authors,institutions,published journals,and high-frequency key documents of the included documents. Results Since 2016,the annual publication volume of Chinese medicine health literacy research in China has shown an increasing trend. The most published journal is China Health Education. A research team centered on scholars such as TAN Wei,WANG Hui and GUO Ying from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has been formed. The research hotspots in the past ten years can be summarized as the status quo of Chinese medicine health literacy and its influencing factors,and the popularization of Chinese medicine cultural knowledge. Conclusion In the future,attention should be paid to citizens' traditional Chinese medicine health culture needs,the action rate of traditional Chinese medicine health culture knowledge,the monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy of key groups,the improvement of citizens' traditional Chinese medicine health behaviors and the quality evaluation of questionnaires.
