Abstract: Objective To identity the influencing factors of presenteeism among nurses in China by meta-analysis. Methods The literature on influencing factors of Chinese nurses' presenteeism were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from the establishment of the database to March 14,2023. The literature screening, quality evaluation and information extraction were completed by two researchers independently. The meta-analysis was performed using Stata 17.0 and RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 33 articles including 41 589 nurses were included, and 19 presenteeism influencing factors were finally extracted. The meta-analysis results showed that the presenteeism score of nurses in China was 17.29(95%CI:16.63-17.94),and marital status, years of experience, number of night shifts per month, number of overtime shifts per month, educational background, exposure to workplace violence, physical health, occupational stress, professional identity, job burnout, psychological capital, inclusive leadership, work family conflict, sense of coherence, psychological security were the main factors influencing nurses' presenteeism(all P<0.05). Conclusion The overall presenteeism level of nurses in China is high,so nursing managers can develop specific interventions to reduce the presenteeism of nurses according to different influencing factors.
