Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the post competency level and influencing factors of "internet + nursing service" nurses,so as to provide reference for improving the quality construction of "internet + nursing service" nurse team. Methods From May to July 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 130 nurses qualified for "internet + nursing service" in Yunnan Province by using self-made general situation questionnaire and "internet + nursing service" nurse's post competency questionnaire,and the data were analyzed. Results The post competency scores of "internet + nursing service" nurses in order from high to low were information application and management ability[（4.63±0.53）points],nursing evaluation and diagnosis ability[（4.56±0.68）points],humanistic comprehensive literacy practice[（4.53±0.58）points],sustainable development and improvement ability[（4.53±0.55）points],risk identification and management ability[（4.51±0.60）points],and home nursing practice ability[（4.51±0.48）points]. The nurse's title and home service times were the influential factors of "internet + nursing service" nurse's post competency（all P<0.05）. Conclusions The overall post competency of "internet + nursing service" nurses in Yunnan Province is at a relatively high level,and the more home nursing service times,the higher post competence. It is suggested that managers can strengthen the training and assessment of "internet + nursing service" nurses,and formulate targeted intervention measures and post competency training plans,to provide practical reference for improving the quality construction of "internet + nursing service" nurse team in Yunnan Province.
