Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of the sense of psychological consistency of nucleic acid sampling nurses and analyze the relevant influencing factors. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select nurses who participated in nucleic acid sampling from May 2021 to March 2022 in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Yantai City as the research objects,and they were investigated by the general data questionnaire and psychological consistency scale. A total of 206 questionnaires were distributed,and 200 valid questionnaires were recovered. Results The total score of sense of psychological consistency among nucleic acid sampling nurses was （48.54±10.39）points,of which the score of the sense of meaning,the sense of controllability,and the sense of comprehensibility was （14.97±3.17）,（18.69±5.02） and （19.86±4.91）points,respectively. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that no experience of participating in public health events and sampling time were the main factors affecting their sense of psychological agreement（P<0.05）. Conclusion The sense of psychological consistency in nucleic acid sampling nurses is at a low level,and is affected by no experience of participating in public health events and sampling time,so it is necessary to draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience and give targeted support to nurses to improve the level of psychological consistency.
