Research progress on nutritional literacy of patients with chronic disease

Abstract: Dietary nutrition is closely related to the long-term clinical outcome and disease rehabilitation of patients with chronic diseases,and nutritional literacy is an important factor in determining people's dietary structure,improving nutritional status and preventing and treating nutrition-related chronic diseases. Therefore,this paper summarizes the concept,evaluation tools,influencing factors and intervention measures of nutritional literacy,in order to provide reference and guidance for improving the level of nutritional literacy of patients with chronic diseases and improving their nutritional health status and disease outcome.
