Results From 2018 to 2022,the number of institutions, monitored diseases, monitored enterprises and actual occupational health examination workers in Cangzhou City all increased year by year. From 2018 to 2022,there were statistical differences in the distribution of monitored enterprise size and economic type(both P<0.05),and the number of micro-enterprises and other economic types of enterprises increased most rapidly. The hazard factor with the highest occupational health examination rate was noise, involving 4 646 enterprises and 130 624 injured workers. There was also a statistically significant difference in the detection rate between different years(P<0.01). The difference in the trend test of annual detection rate was statistically significant(χ2trend=12.529,P<0.01). The detection rate of suspected occupational diseases was 0.01%, and there were a statistical difference in the suspected occupational disease detection rate between different years(P<0.01),and the trend test of the annual detection rate also showed a statistically significant difference(χ2trend=9.563,P<0.01).
