Abstract:

Objective To explore the hot spots and future research trends in the field of occupational health and safety of medical radiology technicians at home and abroad. Methods Based on the relevant literature of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and Web of Science core database,CiteSpace-6.3.1(64bit) software was used to analyze the number of documents, publishing institutions and keywords of occupational health and safety of medical radiology technicians from 2004 to 2024,and draw the corresponding co-occurrence map. Results The domestic and foreign literature showed an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The number of Chinese literature was 431,with 96 institutions participating in the study, and 245 English literature, with 43 countries participating in the study. The research hotspots at home and abroad mainly focus on ionizing radiation, occupational health and radiation protection. At the same time, there are many studies on ionizing radiation during percutaneous coronary intervention. The research frontier at home and abroad has continued to the fields of cancer incidence and chromosomal aberrations among radiation technicians. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, accelerate the introduction and use of new protective equipment, and enhance the prevention of radiation-induced cancer and genetic diseases.
