网络分析视角下的心理韧性

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的心理韧性的研究开始于上个世纪70年代,其定义在学界至今也没有统一。近半个世纪的研究几乎都是通过量表展开,近年来,学者们开始尝试用网络分析的理论和方法来研究心理韧性。本文对心理韧性的定义、评估方法及网络分析方法在该领域的应用进行综述,提出将传统量表和网络分析2种方法同时应用于纵向数据,对心理韧性的评估及干预具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。

Abstract: ：The study of psychological resilience began in the 1970s,but its definition has not been unified in the academic world.In the past half century,almost all the research measured mental resilienceby scale. In recent years,researchers have tried to study resilience by the theory and methods of network analysis. This paper summarizes the definition,evaluation methods and the application of network analysis in the field of resilience,and proposes that traditional scale and network analysis methods can be applied to longitudinal data,which has certain reference significance for the assessment and intervention of resilience.
