护士灾害护理能力现状及影响因素

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于灾害事件所呈现出的大规模、复杂化的增长态势,灾害护理相关研究日益发展,而护士的灾害护理能力也越来越成为人们关注的焦点。目前全球灾害护理能力水平严重不平衡,国内外护士无法有效地应对灾害。本文综述了护士灾害护理能力的国内外发展现状及影响因素,从人口学因素、个人因素、职业相关因素及社会支持4个方面进行归纳总结,提出应关注护士心理健康,加强教育培训及国际合作力度,为今后制订护士灾害护理能力的提升对策及实施灾害护理教学与培训提供参考。

Abstract: With the increasing trend of large-scale and complexity of disaster events,the related research on disaster nursing has been growing,and the disaster nursing competence of nurses has gradually become the focus of people's attention.At present,the level of global disaster nursing competence is seriously unbalanced,and nurses at home and abroad cannot effectively cope with disasters. The paper reviews the present situation and influencing factors of nurses' disaster nursing competence,summarizes them from four aspects：demographic factors,personal factors,career-relatedfactors and social support,and proposes to pay attention to the mental health of nurses,strengthen education,training,and international cooperation efforts,so as to provide reference for formulating countermeasures to improve nurses' disaster nursing competence and implementing disaster nursing teaching and training.
