麦西来甫健身操联合饮食干预对单纯性肥胖中学生糖脂代谢和心肺功能的干预效果评价

Evaluation on intervention effect of Maxi Laifu aerobics combined with dietary intervention on glucose and lipid metabolism and cardiopulmonary function in simple obese middle school students

摘要: 目的 了解麦西来甫健身操联合饮食干预对单纯性肥胖中学生形态功能、糖脂代谢、心血管功能和心肺功能的干预效果,为单纯性肥胖中学生身心健康发展提供参考依据。方法 以2021年乌鲁木齐市未来星暑期健康提升训练营及一所初中,共89名单纯性肥胖中学生为干预对象,分为对照组和干预组,对其进行8周的麦西来甫健身操联合饮食干预,干预前后分别测定形态功能、糖脂代谢、心血管功能和心肺功能等指标。结果 干预组中学生干预前后体质量指数(body mass index ,BMI)、腰围、臀围、肺活量、腰高比、腰臀比、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、胰岛素水平(fasting insulin,FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、血清尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血清肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、血清尿酸(uric acid,UA)、反应性充血指数(reactive hyperemia index,RHI)、血管舒张和收缩因子、动脉粥样硬化指数(atherogenic index,AI)等指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),各指标均得到一定的优化。对照组干预前后各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 经过8周麦西来甫健身操联合饮食干预后对单纯性肥胖中学生形态功能、糖脂代谢、心血管功能和心肺功能等指标起到一定改善作用。

Abstract: Objective To understand the intervention effect of Maxi Laifu aerobics combined with dietary intervention onthe morphological function,glucose and lipid metabolism,cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function of simple obese middle school students,provide theoretical support for the physical and mental health development of simple obese middle school students. Methods A total of 89 simple obesity middle school students from Future Star Summer Health Enhancement Training Camp and a junior high school in Urumqi in 2021 were selected as intervention objects and divided into the control group and the intervention group. They received eight weeks of Maxi Laifuaerobics combined with dietary intervention.The morphological function,glucose and lipid metabolism,cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function were measured before and after the intervention. Results In the intervention group,there were statistically significant differences in the body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,vital capacity,waist-to-height ratio,waist-to-hip ratio,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),reactive hyperemia index(RHI),vasodilationand systolic factors,atherosclerosis index(AI) between before and after the intervention(all P<0.05),all indexes has been optimized to a certain extent.In the control group,the differences in all indexes were not statistically significant(all P>0.05). Conclusion After eight weeks of Maxi Laifuaerobics combined with dietary intervention,the morphological function,glucose and lipid metabolism,cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function of simple obese middle school students have been improved.
