社会衰弱的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,随着我国老年预防及保健工作的不断推进,社会衰弱逐渐引起人们的关注。社会衰弱是指老年人处于失去或已失去社会及一般资源、活动或能力的连续状态,其能使老年人单个或多个领域（如身体、心理、社会）出现损害。研究表明,社会衰弱的发生在严重危害老年人身体健康、降低生活质量的基础上也增加了照顾者及社会的负担。本文通过综述社会衰弱概念、筛查工具、流行现状,对可能导致老年人发生社会衰弱的影响因素及干预措施进行总结,以期提高国内医护人员对社会衰弱的关注,为进一步研究及更好预防和改善老年人社会衰弱状况、维护老年人的健康从而实现积极老龄化提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years,along with the continuous advancement of the elderly prevention and health care work,the social frailty gradually attracts people's attention. The social frailty refers to the continuous state in which the elderly lose or have lost social and general resources,activities or abilities,which can cause damage in a single or multiple areas（such as physical,psychological and social） of the elderly. The research shows that the occurrence of social frailty seriously endangers the health of the elderly,reduces the quality of life,and increases the burden of caregivers and society. The paper reviews concept,screening tools and epidemic situation of social frailty,summarizes the influencing factors and intervention measures of social frailty in the elderly,in order to improve raise the attention of domestic medical staff to social frailty,and provide reference for further research and better prevention and improvement of social frailty among the elderly,maintaining their health,and achieving active aging.
