护士职业倦怠的生理学机制及干预措施的研究进展

摘要: 国外对护士职业倦怠的研究已经有30多年的历史,其中发生率、影响因素、测评工具、干预措施等均进行过深入地研究与探讨。近年来,我国在护士职业倦怠方面也取得了突破性的进展,研究范围不断扩大,层面更加深入。系统查阅国内外近些年的文献后,本文对护士产生职业倦怠后的生理变化及干预措施进行综述,其中干预措施包括个体层面、组织层面、综合层面、重大突发公共卫生事件期间的干预措施以及干预措施的正确应用,旨在为未来的研究提供参考依据。

Abstract: The foreign research on nurses' job burnout has a history of more than 30 years,in which the incidence,influencing factors,assessment tools and intervention measures have been deeply studied and discussed.In recent years,China also made breakthrough progress in nurses' occupation burnout,the research scope expands unceasingly,and the level is more profound. After systematic review of domestic and foreign literature in recent years,this article reviews the physiological changes and interventions of nurses after job burnout,including interventions at the individual level,organizational level,comprehensive level,interventions during the major public health emergencies and the correct application of interventions,so as to provide a reference for future research.
