摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解江苏省三级甲等医院麻醉医生感知压力、自我同情、抑郁现状及三者之间的相互关系,探讨麻醉医生感知压力的影响因素,为应对麻醉医生的高压力状态、改善其心理健康提供参考依据。方法 2022年2—3月,采用横断面调查方法,对江苏省三级甲等医院374名麻醉医生进行线上问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 374名麻醉医生中,75.50%的麻醉医生处于中度及以上感知压力状态,28.08%的麻醉医生处于中度及以上抑郁。麻醉医生感知压力和自我同情呈负相关,与抑郁呈正相关（均P<0.05）。从业年限、对收入是否满意、自我同情和抑郁均为麻醉医生感知压力的影响因素（均P<0.05）。结论江苏省三级甲等医院麻醉医生存在较高水平的感知压力和抑郁,心理健康状况不容乐观,可通过干预提高个体自我同情水平以及改善工作环境等措施促进麻醉医生的身心健康。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation and relationship of perceived stress,self-compassion and depression among anesthesiologists in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Jiangsu Province,explore the influencing factors of perceived stress among anesthesiologists,so as to provide reference for coping with the high stress state of anesthesiologists and improving their mental health. Methods From February to March 2022,a cross-sectional survey method was adopted to conduct an online questionnaire survey among 374 anesthesiologists in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Jiangsu Province,and the data were analyzed. Results Among the 374 anesthesiologists,75.50% of them were in a state of moderate or above perceived stress,and 28.08% were in a state of moderate depression or above. The anesthesiologists' perceived stress was negatively correlated with self-compassion,and positively correlated with depression（all P<0.05）. The years of practice,satisfaction with income,self-compassion and depression were the influencing factors of anesthesiologists' perceived stress（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The anesthesiologists in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Jiangsu Province have a higher level of perceived stress and depression,their mental health status is not optimistic,and it is effective to take interventions to enhance individuals' self-compassion level and improve the work environment,to promote the physical and mental health of anesthesiologists.
