2017—2020年十堰市农民群体健康素养变化分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析2017—2020年十堰市农民群体的健康素养水平变化趋势，为开展健康素养干预提供参考依据。方法收集2017—2020年十堰市农民群体健康素养监测资料，分析农民群体的健康素养水平、4年绝对增长量和平均增长速度，对数据进行分析。结果 2017—2020年十堰市农民群体的健康素养水平分别为4.58%、14.37%、16.21%、17.50%，4年绝对增长量为12.93%，年平均增长速度为56.38%。健康知识、生活方式与行为、健康技能素养水平均呈上升趋势（均P<0.01），年平均增长速度分别为57.20%、87.17%、26.54%。6类健康素养中，科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息素养水平均呈上升趋势（均P<0.01），年平均增长速度分别为30.51%、54.50%、84.04%、26.56%、47.21%、42.49%。2017—2020年6类健康素养问题回答正确率中，除“对肝脏的正确认识”的正确率未见上升趋势，其余健康素养问题的正确率均呈上升趋势（均P<0.01）。结论 2017—2020年十堰市农民群体的健康素养水平呈缓慢上升趋势，需针对6类健康素养问题中正确率较低的内容开展健康教育，进一步提高农民群体的健康素养水平。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the change trend of health literacy level of farmers in Shiyan City from 2017 to 2020，provide reference for health literacy intervention. Methods The monitoring data of health literacy of farmers in Shiyan City from 2017 to 2020，were collected to analyze the health literacy level，the absolute growth and average growth rate of farmers' health literacy in four years. Results From 2017 to 2020，the health literacy levels of farmers in Shiyan City were 4.58%，14.37%，16.21% and 17.50%，respectively，with an absolute growth of 12.93% and an average growth rate of 56.38%.The literacy levels of health knowledge，lifestyle and behavior，and health skills showed an upward trend（all P<0.01），with an average annual growth rate of 57.20%，87.17%，26.54%，respectively. Among the six types of health literacy，the levels of scientific health concept，prevention and treatment of infectious diseases，prevention and treatment of chronic diseases，safety and first aid，basic medical care and health information literacy showed an upward trend（all P<0.01），with an average annual growth rate of 30.51%，54.50%，84.04%，26.56%，47.21% and 42.49%，respectively. From 2017 to 2020，the correct rates of six kinds of health literacy questions showed an increasing trend except the correct rate of "correct understanding of liver"（all P<0.01）. Conclusion The health literacy level of farmers in Shiyan City shows a slow rising trend from 2017 to 2020，and it is necessary to carry out health education for the content with low correct rate among the six types of health literacy problems to further improve the health literacy level of farmers.
