电子健康素养理论及测评工具的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： “互联网+医疗健康”是社会发展的重要趋势。电子健康素养是促进电子医疗健康资源和服务充分利用以及电子健康研究领域必不可少的因素。了解电子健康素养通过何种路径影响人们的健康,有效评估人群电子健康素养水平是引导人们通过使用电子资源维护和促进健康、预防和管理疾病的重要前提。作为新兴领域的关键概念,电子健康素养近20年的研究发展日新月异。本文对电子健康素养概念的形成过程,电子健康素养的理论模型和主要最新的测评工具进行归纳总结,梳理更新,从模型整体和特性2个角度详述了理论模型的来源、内容和测评工具的评估维度、评分方法、信效度等,为我国未来电子健康素养的相关研究提供参考,促进电子健康的发展。

Abstract: "Internet plus health" is an important trend in today's society. The electronic health literacy（e-health literacy） is an essential factor for promoting the full utilization of e-health resources and services and in the field of e-health research. Understanding the path through which e-health literacy affects people's health and effectively evaluating the level of people's e-health literacy is an important premise to guide people through the use of electronic resources to maintain and promote health,prevent and manage diseases. As a key concept in the emerging field,the research on e-health literacy has developed rapidly in recent twenty years. This study combs and updates the formation process of concept of e-health literacy,the theoretical model of e-health literacy and the latest main evaluation tools,and describs the source and content of the theoretical model and the evaluation dimensions,scoring methods,reliability and validity of the evaluation tools in detail from the perspective of comprehensive and specificity,so as to provide reference for the future research of e-health literacy in China and promoting the development of electronic health.
