衰弱模型的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 衰弱综合征是一组以生理储备功能和抵抗力下降为特征的临床综合征,可降低患者自理能力和对应激事件的应对能力,增加患者摔倒、住院和死亡等不良健康结局的风险。衰弱常发生于老年人群,严重威胁老年人健康。近年来衰弱越来越受到学者重视,成为老龄化课题研究中的热点。本文通过系统化阅读国内外相关文献,对衰弱模型的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: The frailty syndrome is a group of clinical syndromes characterized by decreased physical reserve function and resistance,which can reduce self-care ability and the ability to deal with stress events of the patients and increase the risk of adverse health outcomes such as falls,hospitalization and death.It is considered to be highly prevalent with in creasing age,which is a serious threat to the health of the elderly.In recent years,the frailty has attracted more and more attention from scholars and become a hot topic in aging research.We review the research progress of frailty modelthrough systematic reading of relevant research at home and abroad.
