麻醉科住院医生职业倦怠相关因素及预防策略的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 麻醉学是一种专业化程度很高的医学专业,麻醉科具有工作时间长、工作时间不可预测、工作强度高、工作压力大等特点。职业倦怠在麻醉医师中普遍存在,其中住院医师阶段是职业倦怠的高发期。倦怠对住院医师的心理、身体、职业健康、医疗安全产生多种不利影响,包括睡眠障碍、抑郁、精神药物和抗抑郁药物使用增加、心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肌肉骨骼疾病,旷工、离职、医疗差错和自杀意向等。职业倦怠对个人和医疗机构影响突出,有必要采取预防性干预措施。本文综述了麻醉科住院医师职业倦怠的易感因素以及职业倦怠对麻醉科住院医师心理健康、身体健康、职业发展的影响,并提出相应的预防策略。

Abstract: The anesthesiology is a medical specialty with a high degree of specialization. Anesthesiology department is characterized by long working hours,unpredictable working hours,high working intensity and great working pressure. The job burnout is common among anesthesiologists,and the resident stage is the most frequent stage of job burnout. The burnout adversely affects residents' mental,physical,occupational health,and medical safety,including sleep disorders,depression,increased use of psychotropic and antidepressant medications,cardiovascular disease,metabolic disease,musculoskeletal disease,absenteeism,separation,medical errors,and suicidal intentions. The job burnout has a significant impact on individuals and medical institutions,and it is necessary to take preventive interventions. The paper summarizes the predisposition factors of anesthesiology residents' job burnout and its impact on mental health,physical health and career development,and proposes corresponding prevention strategies.
