护士工作旺盛感研究进展

摘要: 随着“健康中国”事业的大力发展,社会各界对医疗卫生保健的需求日益增加,护士群体发挥着重要的作用。但是繁重的工作与考核会导致护士产生职业倦怠感,进而增大护士离职率。工作旺盛感可以增强员工对学习与工作的热情,进而减缓职业倦怠感的出现,减少人员的流失。本文对护士工作旺盛感的概述、前因变量、结局变量以及工作旺盛感的提升策略进行综述,以期为提升护士工作旺盛感提供参考。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of "Healthy China",the community's demand for medical and health care is increasing,and the nurse group plays an important role. However,heavy work and assessment will lead to nurses' job burnout,thereby increasing the turnover rate of nurses. Thriving at work can enhance employees' enthusiasm for learning and working,thereby slowing the emergence of job burnout and reducing staff turnover. The paper summarizes the overview of thriving at work,antecedent variables,outcome variables and improvement strategies of thriving at work,in order to provide reference for improving nurses' thriving at work.
