摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解陕西省3所三级甲等医院急危重症护士自我表露和心理弹性的现状及相关性。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2021年6—12月陕西省3所三级甲等医院的急危重症护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、痛苦表露指数量表、心理弹性量表对260名急危重症护士进行现场问卷调查。结果急危重症护士自我表露总分为（40.07±5.15）分,处于中等水平;心理弹性总分为（61.93±11.86）分,坚韧性维度得分为（32.33±6.31）分,力量维度得分为（19.68±4.28）分,乐观性维度得分为（9.92±2.30）分。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、学历、月均收入、职称自我表露得分比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）;不同学历、工作年限心理弹性得分比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。相关分析显示,自我表露与心理弹性间呈正相关（r=0.289,P<0.01）;多因素分析显示,心理弹性、年龄、学历、月均收入是急危重症护士自我表露的主要影响因素（均P<0.05）。结论急危重症护士的自我表露处于中等水平,且自我表露与心理弹性间存在相关关系,即心理弹性越高自我表露越强。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation and correlation of self-disclosure and psychological resilience among emergency and critical care nurses ingrade-A tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select emergency and critical care nurses from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province from June to December 2021 as the research objects. Results The total score of self-disclosure in emergency and critical care nurses was （40.07± 5.15）points,which was at a moderate level. The total score of psychological resilience was （61.93± 11.86）points,the score of tenacity dimension was （32.33± 6.31）points,the score of strength dimension was （19.68± 4.28）points,and the score of optimism dimension was （9.92± 2.30）points.The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences in self-disclosure scores among groups in different age,educational background,average monthly income and professional titles were statistically significant（all P< 0.05）,and the differences in psychological resilience scores among groups in different educational background and working years were statistically significant（all P< 0.05）.The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between self-disclosure and psychological resilience（r=0.289,P< 0.01）.The multivariate analysis showed that psychological resilience,age,educationand average monthly income were the main influencing factors of self-disclosure among emergency and critical care nurses（all P< 0.05）. Conclusion The self-disclosure of emergency and critical care nurses is at a moderate level,and there is a correlation between self-disclosure and psychological resilience,that is,the higher the psychological resilience,the stronger the self-disclosure.
