高职院校辅导员挑战性-阻碍性压力与职业倦怠的关系分析

Analysis on relationship between challenge-hindrance stress and job burnout among counselors in higher vocational colleges

摘要: 目的 调查高职院校辅导员挑战性-阻碍性压力对职业倦怠的影响。方法 2022年8—9月,采用挑战性-阻断性压力量表、心理资本量表、职业倦怠量表对537名高职院校辅导员进行施测,并对数据进行分析。结果 537名高职院校辅导员的挑战性压力量表得分为(5.71±0.97)分,阻碍性压力量表得分为(5.98±0.76)分,心理资本量表得分为(4.06±1.93)分,职业倦怠量表得分为(9.16±3.25)分。不同性别、婚姻状况、受教育程度、工作年限的高职院校辅导员职业倦怠感各维度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。高职院校辅导员挑战性压力与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.12,P<0.05),与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.26,P<0.01);阻碍性压力与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.14,P<0.05),与心理资本呈负相关(r=0.23,P<0.01)。在心理资本高分组中,个体的挑战性压力得分能够显著负向预测职业倦怠(β=-0.38,t=3.21,P<0.01),阻碍性压力得分不能显著预测职业倦怠(β=-0.13,t=0.81,P>0.05);在心理资本低分组中,个体的挑战性压力得分不能显著预测职业倦怠(β=-0.02,t=0.66,P>0.05),阻碍性压力得分能够显著正向预测职业倦怠(β=0.26,t=2.16,P<0.05)。结论 高职院校辅导员挑战性-阻碍性压力与职业倦怠存在密切关系,心理资本在挑战性-阻碍性压力与职业倦怠中起显著的调节作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of challenge-hindrance stress on job burnout of counselors in higher vocational colleges. Methods From August to September 2022,537 higher vocational college counselors were tested by the challenge-hindrance stress scale,psychological capital scale and job burnout scale,and the data was analyzed. Results The scores of 537 higher vocational college counselors on challenging stress scale,hindrance stress scale,psychological capital scale and job burnout scale were (5.71±0.97),(5.98±0.76),(4.06±1.93) and (9.16±3.25)points,respectively. The scores of job burnout among higher vocational college counselors of different genders,marital status,education level,and working years were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The challenging stress of higher vocational college counselors was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.12,P<0.05),and positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.26,P<0.01). Hindrance stress was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.14,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.23,P<0.01). In the high psychological capital group,individuals’ challenging stress scores could significantly negatively predict their job burnout(β=-0.38,t=3.21,P<0.01),while hindrance stress scores could not predict job burnout(β=-0.13,t=0.81,P>0.05). In the low psychological capital group,the challenging stress score of individuals could not predict their job burnout(β=-0.02,t=0.66,P>0.05),and the obstructive stress score could significantly predict their job burnout positively(β=0.26,t=2.16,P<0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between challenge-hindrance stress and job burnout among higher vocational college counselors,and psychological capital plays a significant role in moderating challenge-hindrance stress and job burnout.
