摘要/Abstract

摘要： 社交焦虑因其流行率高、易终身患病等特点导致患病率逐年上升。在临床护理领域,实习护生作为未来护理人员的主力军,受学习环境转变冲击和经常暴露于不同场合、接触不同患者的影响,导致其成为社交焦虑的高发群体。本文从实习护生社交焦虑的概念内涵、理论机制、测评工具和影响因素等方面进行综述,并提出针对性的建议与对策,以期为探索有效的应对策略,缓解实习护生社交焦虑,促进护理工作者的身心健康提供参考。

Abstract: The prevalence of social anxiety has been increasing year by year due to its high prevalence and susceptibility to lifelong illness. In the field of clinical nursing,intern nursing students,as the main force of future nursing staff,have become a high-risk group for social anxiety due to the impact of changing learning environments,frequent exposure to different situations,and contact with different patients. This article reviews the concept,theoretical mechanism,assessment tools,and influencing factors of social anxiety among intern nursing students,and proposes targeted suggestions and strategies to explore effective coping strategies,alleviate the level of social anxiety among intern nursing students,and further promote the physical and mental health of nursing workers.
